I ordered my husband several items from the Draftkings Store online for his birthday. I had an issue with the hat I ordered and although it took several days to receive a responsevia email, the customer service was extraordinary once I did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. It was worth the extra $ for expedited shipping. The box the items arrived in was very nice. I am extremely satisfied and while continue shopping on their site.

Check their BBB rating and reviews before using them. They wanted more information than I needed to purchase a house and it still wasn't enough. I can only imagine what a financial dispute would be like.

It's so bad that it is almost seems like scum, do not get fooled by those commercials, I can not talk to a live person which has made me very frustrated. It tells me to reset the password and when you do that they say an email was just sent to you to reset your password and that email never comes to you, I am very concern that email may go to a third party with your personnel information, when I bring this matter to their online chatting they don't even respond accordingly.
They finally resolved my issue, once you get hold of someone which is very challenging then their service is good.

Account has been restricted due to withdrawal and deposit from the same account. So I tried to be understanding and resolve the issue although I get no responses from "customer support", no call backs, can't withdraw or deposit. Meanwhile on the app it says the issue is "resolved". 1300 stuck in the account and can't withdraw it. Thieves? I don't know judge for yourself.

Long story short they refuse to let me withdraw my $******* and after disputing with them for 6 days they blocked my account and ended communications me, while still holding on to my funds that I deposited.

I had a parlay on the suns against the rockets, one of my legs was mcgee to get one+ blocks, me and my family all witnessed it happen, but for some reason DraftKings did not recognize it, that's bull$#*!! I'm done with this app.!

I PLAY 100s of hrs of blackjack a week just started using DraftKings couple weeks ago and every blackjack game I've played are scams. The algorithm ( computer dealer) will deal himself the winning hand 90 percent of the time. I'm experienced in playing online and in person at a casino and the way those cards come out isn't random at all. He deals himself 19 20 or 21 no matter what his first card is showing. Never seen blackjack 3 / 4 times in a row in my life. The more you bet the worst your hand becomes. I've been screen recording for weeks now because I know sooner or later they will be exposed and lawsuits will start flooding the company. Make a complaint to customer service they will simply tell you it's regulated and reviewed. But, by who a partner?

Customer service is straight up trash some of the worst customers service I've ever experienced no phone number to get into contact with them they say email them I r been waiting 48 hours plus. Haven't got a call nothing they locked my account made a withdrawal that I didn't make personally an I can't communicate with anyone at least Oregon lottery scoreboard had great customer service this is straight up trash an playing with peoples money worst betting app ever used well the actual app is fine it's the employees an customer service that is just flat out trash an they don't even give a $#*!

This place is not to be trusted and to be honest our country is better off running moonshine and playing poker live, not to mention placing bets with the local bookie. This is all coming from a life time poker player and professional gambler. They are crooks, they have people playing for the company from the inside or taking kick backs you can bet your life on it. Keep things very small play to have fun and if you win a few hundred take some out and use it. Ive got decades in this $#*! and the odds a normal joe opening up the app putting in 200 winning anything big so low it would shock you! Its just full of bad scandlist people so dont think you can hit it and change you life. Its simply not true!

Stingy app with unreasonable mission offers. And promotions are junk ALL the time! They screwed us over on our sport league NFT gig in the state of Pennsylvania. People who invested in that took huge loss. This app doesn't care about its customer base like other companies do. Other companies even offer more free promotions as well. Draft kings you suck so hard. You should be the first app to go!

Your site is a rip off
If threw thousands at this site with a couple bonuses. 200 last night with no bonus. Slots has become a high rollers game. I will never play on this site again after I experience on live table games that a dealer was messing around and dancing instead of doing his job for 5 minutes and wasting players time. And when I said something about it DraftKings didn't punish the dealer, instead they punish me for saying something about it by taking away my ability of chatting and this was a few months ago. I wrote DraftKings about it and they wouldn't respond to it now I kept on saying something about it now they restricted me from the site! So I don't care what they do. I am done with this site for good so if I was you i would run fast away and go too mgm or/and FanDuel they treat their players a lot better in everything bonuses are match better

You will no longer win on this site, if you do, you will invest 1000 to win 200. DK no longer pays out. I am with a few other Vegas casino apps and they are fair with better reward programs free rooms, concerts etc. DK has the crown program which is complete garbage.
DK has shareholders to bow down too with no physical casino properties. The first year they paid out but not anymore. Before playing here ask yourself the question do you feel like trying to get back fifty percent of your money you deposited? Trust me when I say this it's been four months with no significant wins. I was denied $200 bonus for first time gambling in Ohio. I made a $5 bet and they said I put a booster onto it? I have no idea what that was, but it violated their rules? So, I get no $200 bonus. Too much competition to worry about this. Awful customer service.

You probably won't have problems with Draft Kings, until you try to make a Withdrawl! At that point they will throw up roadblocks, and reasons not to send your $$$. Their standard line they use on everybody is, "there is suspicious activity involving your account, so we can not honor your request. $#*! DraftKings!

They took 600 from me when draftkings rocket was malfunctioning. After I took the time to send emails and screen shots they still didn't offer a damn thing. Thousands of dollars have went to them from me and they do nothing! Absolute scam artists

When I first started with DraftKings some years back they were a good company to play and I enjoyed it very much. I now feel quite differently because they have horrific customer service and very poor management in my opinion. They have you opt in to bets. As soon as the bet is placed they change the payout amount. This is the second time I've opted into a team scoring doubles my bet. As soon as I place the bet, the payout turns to.17 from $37.14.

So now they have me risking $37 to win 17 cents and they offer no way to cancel after screwing you.
