Draftking is the worse ever, they know how to still your money, as I was winning 3days in a row in the world cup, out of sudden I noticed that I was unable to login to my account, so I contacted them to let them know that I was unable to login to my account, so they lock the account with all my money in there, for 4 days I haven't heard from anyone, and finally on the 5th day they said they have returned my balance to me Wich I never received, plus the day before I was having issues login to my account, I tried to withdraw $400 but that 400 never came either, i realize it was their strategy All along, they booted the app, cause it to malfunction so you can give them access to your account, and that's how they got you, it's been 12 days now and no sign of my money and my account is still remain locked, I had screenshots of my winnings and my remaining balance so I sent it to them but they never answered to those emails, if anyone can help me retrieve my money from them, that would be very helpful. And please do not trust draftking

I tried out Draft Kings Casino on 4/21/19. I tried out their Texas Hold'em Table game software. I had just finished streaming the Houston Rockets game without any lag or freezing; my internet is very strong. I played a couple of hands at their Texas Hold'em table game and my money was stolen. The software was for their "live dealing" game, but it was malfunctioning. It kept getting disconnected and skipping my turns to act on the flop turn and river. The buttons you would use to act would disappear once I was reconnected so I was not able to act in the way I wanted to or would have in person. I would be disconnected and come back to see that my money was gone without the casino software having to showdown a hand. It would continue my wagers without me clicking on the next hands and the same process would incur until I ended up losing about 800$. Basically, their software autopiloted my betting and disconnected me so I couldn't act, then would take my money without showing down a hand. All of these malfunctions should cause the bets to be illegal, but DraftKings not only refuses to discuss the matter with me (i contacted them approximately 20 times asking for them to call me back and they kept saying they would, but just kept ignoring all of my requests and now I am being told the matter is closed and they wont discuss it.) They said they did an investigation, but I was not consulted, and no results of the investigation were released to me. This seems highly illegal and very unethical to be able to steal money from their customers with glitchy software, ignore 20+l customer requests to discuss the matter, not release any information to me on the investigation, and have no system of checks and balances on software that is stealing money from customers.

I am absolutely disgusted that an online casino has to stoop to theft to run a business and doesn't even have the nerve to speak to the customer on the phone about the matter. They literally just stole my money and refused to talk to me. The ultimate slap in the face to someone who had been using their product for years!

Awesome app and easy to use. I think people give it a 1 star because they lost and are sore losers.

FOR SOME REASON IM NOT ABLE TO USE ONLINE BANKING NOR PAYPAL TO DEPOSIT NOR WITHDRAWAL MY FUNDS! IS THERE ANYBODY ELSE HAVING THESE PROBLEMS

When I first started using draftkings they were descent and somewhat fair with betting, I mean lets be real you're not gonna win all the time. But for some reason this year is when the BS started such as winning tickets disappearing out of nowhere and when I contact customer service they say we didnt have those tickets in our system but I showed them tickets receipt number and like I said TICKETS meaning more than 1 how can 3 winning tickets just vanish. Especially when 2 of those tickets were over $300 pay offs. Then all of sudden I need to be sent a passcode to get in my account w/o requesting one...I've spent a unmentionable amount money with them and lost more than I have won but I have only had 2 bonus bets given to me. Then recently I was in the midst of placing a parlay for a game that was two days away and out of nowhere they locked down all the receiving, rushing, and passing odds but left the ones that really wouldnt amount to anything...which is some real shady fraudulant bs I am beyond disgusted with them...THEY ARE FRAUDS...PERIOD! Honestly I feel there should be a classaction suit brought against them and FEDERALLY INVESTED! My rating for them is NOTHING...that's exactly what their worth 0.

I won 500 dollars on a bet from the superbowl I requested my withdrawl to my mother's house because I had just moved into my neighborhood and wasn't sure if my mail would get to me and I really needed the money I'm a single mom of two small children I thought I could supplement some income so I requested the withdrawl which they imminently rejected stating that my driver license didn't match the address on file so I spent the 26 dollars and got a new one I uploaded the information and requested another withdrawl which was rejected this time they stated they needed proof of address (which by the way I had already proved to open fund and wager the account)so I uploaded another utility bill to get my money and again tried to withdrawl but now when I pushed the withdrawl button it stated I had zero dollar balance I can wager the 500 but cannot with drawl they stated I needed to have a pdf form of proof of residence I uploaded this they stated I needed proof that my mother's was my residence I explained in email because I cannot contact live support that option has been disallowed to my account for some reason they said ok request a different withdrawl I explained that I couldn't because it says I have no funds they asked me to take screen shots of the problem I did and they again asked me to provevmy mother's address 74 emails I've sent with no resolution they either do nor answer or they tell me to do something I've already explained that I cannot they ll allow me to wager all the money I want deposit but refuse to allow my withdrawl worst betting site there is

Beware of Draftkings! Two times they withheld my withdrawal and did not communicate with me through email or anything else to tell me. I had to contact them and ask why my withdrawals had not been deposited into my bank account. The email I received when I did the withdrawals stated will be in your account within 24 hours. After that didn't happen those two times because the other times it was there, I was told my account was being reviewed. One time it was for me saying your email states I will get the deposit into my bank account in 24 hours. I didn't get it so I contacted them and said it has been over 30 hours and the withdrawals are not in my bank account. I said I have paid bills with it because it is always there. I was told they flagged my account because I said I was paying bills with it. Here is the email I received as their response and had to answer questions before the money was released to me. They did give me the money that was mine after I answered the questions and I let it go. I started betting again and they held another withdrawal of mine because I had made two separate deposits. After I bet through the first deposit amount I tried to withdraw that amount. Once again they didn't give me the money right away and I didn't know until I contacted them. Their response was, After the review of your account, to remove the restriction on your account please acknowledge that you will only deposit funds intended to playthrough or withdraw to the ORIGINAL payment method which in this case was the card.

Once we have your acknowledgment we can remove the restriction on your account.

Like I stated I made two different deposits, played through the first amount and tried to withdraw that amount not both deposits and they did this. I know longer bet through them. JUST BEWARE!

Awful company awful support awful experience! Added $600 to my account to realize that i can't moneyline bet which is fine because it's legal/state issue - immediately attempt
To withdraw to see that it's broken for my bank - support tells me to use another method. None of my debit cards were supported and their system that linked to my bank didn't function - had to request a PAPER check after all support said was to use a different method. (14 days to receive this) never been so frustrated with a companies experience in my life - stay away from this hell hole

This site has ripped me off in so many ways in sports bets falsification of real live time scores when placing live bets. With casino deposit matches must be played 10× through sp if you deposit $100 and they match what ever percent you have to wager a couple grand in hopes you'll win something which 99.999% of the time you will lose. Maybe this is why there are class action law suits against them in NJ right now. Maybe one needs to be brought in PA as well. These crooks will never learn until the gambling commission investigates and hits them with fines so heavy it cripples them. If you want to throw your hard earned money away you can send it to me and I'll be happy to spend it. Cause I promise you won't win $#*! on drafting. Also customer service? What customer service it's horrible
