Never shopping with them again. The owner of that store has NO professional manners whatsoever. He will yell at you, hang up on you, threaten to get his lawyers if you don't agree with their "policies" and would rather go through all that than to give not even $45 dollars back. I can find their products for so much cheaper elsewhere. Not to mention, he YELLS at his wife in front of customers! I had to walk out of their store because that was no environment I wanted my kids in!
