I placed an order back in November for a Christmas gift. They were very happy to take my money, but that was the end of any contact. No valid order number, no valid tracking number, no receipt, no customer service phone and no response to email

I returned merchandise and was never refunded. I reached out 12 times and they just keep sending the same email that says that they are too busy to address my concern at this time. They kept my money and my dress.
