Was given a written quote for remainder of treatment for $4,290 and told that our medical insurance did not cover any part of that cost. Went and got a second estimate elsewhere - and that quote was $2,400, less the medical insurance portion that WAS valid, left us with a bill for just $720
But even more concerning was that the new orthodontist pointed out orthodontic issues that needed attention that were never in the treatment plan for my child at Koterwas.
Needless to say, we went with the option for much better care, for much less money, and with much nicer people.
