I'm a College graduate with an Associates of Business Administration. I ordered top and lower veneers of Insta Smile, From my mother Sarah's account. The tops are perfect. They look so natural with a million dollar smile. The bottoms were a little more fragile and they were damages in fitting. Dr. Leonard Customer service quickly made remedy and sent me another set of bottoms to replace the ones that were damaged. Rose was friendly. And empathetic to the situation. And quickly sent me another set on the house. Thank you Rose. I was 50/50 on the products. But they had a great employee who had customers in mind. Awesome products Awesome service. And above and beyond. Thank you Rose. I will be reordering products without hesitation from Dr. Leonard's. R. Cooper, (ABA).
I've ordered from this catelog twice now and both times my free shipping turns into a $10.98 charge when the catelog claims that an item is 'out-of-stock'. Rather than return my money for this out of stock item, I am then charged for shipping and lose my money. HUGE SCAM! Don't order from this catelog! If you don't like the item, you don't get a full refund! They take out the really high shipping and handling so that you receive pennies on the dollar for a refund.
More than a scam, it is a bait and switch. If my mother had called to place an order, she would have purchased stuff... they just kept peddling more stuff. Don't let this happen to your loved one!

Ordered something on site and not only have I never received it but I have emailed 3 times and they get back with ALL wrong info and calling me by other names! ARE u kidding me! CAN they NOT see the info of where the email came from and the customer number! I am now waiting on phone for like 20 minutes and NOTHING yet! NEVER AGAIN!
Returned sandals that did not fit. Refunded half of what i spent. No full refund as stated. Spent 36.15 refunded 17.17 minus charge. So no full refund. Will not be ordering again from this store!

Since placing this order, my card has been charged three more times for non purchases totalling $60+. I've called their 1-800 number to no avail. I get forwarded from customer service to billing and back with no solution. I WILL NOT order from them nor recommend them to anyone.

I got the plant yesterday very thing was there but the seed I called them and instead of sending the seed they want me to send the whole thing back it was the worst 10 bucks I spent in my life there is no reason they cant just send the seed I will pay what I owe on my account but I will never order from them again this is not the first time they messed up a order I made
I called to check on my return status, spoke with customer service, she kept repeating what she saw in her system, I'm telling her what the USP service is showing in there system, that my package had been delivered on Feb 27,2019@ 10:51 am, she couldn't answer any of my questions and continue to repeat herself about what she see on her end. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, she refused me three times, became rude and when I told her I was going to file a complaint about her services/lack there of, she completely stopped talking, just silence. She didn't hang up because the time was still adding up. I hung up called right back, told the rep what had happened, she quickly looked my info up and told me my refund was being process and it will be added within two weeks. At first I was told it wasn't showing up as returned in their system, but a minute later it's being process. Yeah, I bet it is now. Terrible shipping method, took too long to receive my orders, rude, unprofessional customer service (some, not all). They will never get my money again
I have ordered 4 different sizes of the same stock number of shoe trying to find the right fit. Finally after getting a pair that fit, I ordered 2 more pair of that very same stock number. Nope, now they are different again. I have on the pair that fit, I ordered that same stock number and size. Now, the new ones are much too small. They change the sizing every time. You cannot order to fit you the same way twice. Their "Customer Service" can barely speak English let alone understand the words you are saying to them. When I told the guy I wasn't happy they were charging me $7.99 to ship 3 pairs of shoes back, he told me not to worry they would charge me $9.99 to return them. Is that supposed to make me feel better about making a return? $2.00 more because I mentioned the return shipping? Waste of time, of money, and a terrible company to try to work with. I like the shoes I bought, and I wish i could find them someplace other than here. By the way, Carol Wright is a sister company and equally as awful to try to do business with. They both use foreign people to answer their phones, and they don't speak well or understand at all.

I bought storage Ottomans. Great for sitting and for storage. They are also collapsible for easy storage. I bought 4 and made a bench and put 6 throw pillows on top of the Ottoman bench.

They do not add sales tax for PA residents - so that YOU the buyer will later have to claim your internet purchase with the IRS. A lot more hassle than what it is worth. If they want our business - they can't charge us UPFRONT.
Side note: customer service, I believe was in a foreign country, when I called she immediately attempted to get me to buy a membership of some sort. I told her I did not have the time (medical issues). I placed my order and she AGAIN attempted to get me to buy into some sort of deal, I had to tell her yet again, I don't have the time, THEN she gave me my confirmation number.
Not worth the hassle when I can get a lot of the same items from Boscov's, Ollies etc.
The item I ordered: solar curtains: they were FOLDED up and have ugly small folds the entire length, these folds ALSO damaged the film because you can see sunlight along those creases. Will NOT use them for the business windows they were bought for. Am now using in an attic or on windows where they will NOT be seen. Wish we had read ALL the BAD reviews on this item - would NOT have bought them.

On 11/18/19 I placed an order on Dr Leonards website. I ordered black moccasins size Lg item ******* for $9.99 and buffalo check clogs size 9 item ******* for $9.99. I got a promo discount for $3.00, which brought down the cost of each item to $8.49. But they added $6.99 shipping and $1.95 handling charges to the order. After the order was placed I got an email saying they shipped the moccasins but the clogs were back ordered in stock on 11/29/19. So I got charged $17.43 for the moccasins, shipping, and handling. I received the moccasins, they are not worth $17.43. I could have gotten better quality moccasins anywhere for less money. On 11/29/19 the back ordered in stock for the clogs went to 12/6/19. Today 12/6/19 the back ordered in stock date for the clogs is now 12/13/19. Had I known when I placed the order that they did not have the clogs in stock, I would not have placed the order at all. Each item would have cost $12.96 had I gotten both items. The moccasins are poor quality, not worth $17.43. The buffalo check clogs are what I really wanted. Who knows if I may or may not get them, since the back ordered in stock date keeps changing. The clogs were advertised on their website and in their catalogs alone or with a scarf as a set. When I placed the order on their website, there was no warning the clogs were not in stock. Dr Leonards is clearly advertising products that they do not have in stock or that they don't even know when they will have it in stock. They will take your order without notifying you the item is out of stock. This will cause the price of the items you do get, to be more, when you add the shipping and handling charges. Don't waste your time with this company. The quality of the moccasins I received is poor, they are not worth $17.43. Do business with a company that lets you know if an item is out of stock when you place your order. Still waiting for the buffalo check clogs size 9 item *******. Why does a company advertise and take an order for a product they do not have in stock or maybe never will have it in stock?

On Feb, 2021, I placed an order for 3 items and paid expedite shipping. To find out today after 11 days that they do not carry 2 of the items and they are shipping one item only and my shipping cost is the same what I paid 3 items and they charged it to my credit card before they actually ship it. The tracking for my item on Their website and on Fedex. Showing only a tracking number was produced on Feb. 5 but they have not yet given the package to Fedex and there is no estimated delivery date. So I requested to cancel all the orders they refused. They told me return your item when you receive it and we will credit you MINUS SHIPPING and you MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. They insisted that the item was shipped out Feb 5 So i asked for a proof which they do not have. But thanks to CREDIT CARDS, I contacted my credit card. My credit card will refund my money, and I REQUESTED MY CREDIT CARD TO BLOCK THIS COMPANY FROM CHARGING ME AGAIN ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE. (Do not forget to ask your credit card to block those scammers).
The delay in shipping is because they wait to receive the items from China before it is redirected to you. Dr. Leonards CO. Is another form of TMART company with a more appealing name to lure you to believe they are legend then rip you off. This company is doing business under 16 more different names. In 2020 the revenue of this company was about $72 million from you guys
