I'm a College graduate with an Associates of Business Administration. I ordered top and lower veneers of Insta Smile, From my mother Sarah's account. The tops are perfect. They look so natural with a million dollar smile. The bottoms were a little more fragile and they were damages in fitting. Dr. Leonard Customer service quickly made remedy and sent me another set of bottoms to replace the ones that were damaged. Rose was friendly. And empathetic to the situation. And quickly sent me another set on the house. Thank you Rose. I was 50/50 on the products. But they had a great employee who had customers in mind. Awesome products Awesome service. And above and beyond. Thank you Rose. I will be reordering products without hesitation from Dr. Leonard's. R. Cooper, (ABA).
I've ordered from this catelog twice now and both times my free shipping turns into a $10.98 charge when the catelog claims that an item is 'out-of-stock'. Rather than return my money for this out of stock item, I am then charged for shipping and lose my money. HUGE SCAM! Don't order from this catelog! If you don't like the item, you don't get a full refund! They take out the really high shipping and handling so that you receive pennies on the dollar for a refund.
I ordered curtains thru Dr Leonards, and the customer service was great, and order came quickly. Product was as advertised, loved the curtains, website easy to navigate.
I placed an order with Dr. Leonard's, the salesperson asked for debit card information for down payment, the next day I received a message from my bank saying check for fraud. Dr. Leonard's had taken the full amount of the sale out of the bank instead of just a down payment. THIS IS WRONG...

I ordered some items for my elderly mother back in May two of her items were back ordered til June 2 then til June 12 now still waiting til June 19. This is ridiculous I've never had to wait so long for items to get shipped. Customer service doesn't answer emails let alone the phone lines. I am very disappointed.
Have ordered for years with this company with no problems until now. I had ordered 2 exact pairs of house slippers back in March 2020. Once the package arrived saw that 1 pair was somewhat defective in size. Before the 30 days were up I tried contacting customer service with no avail due to being closed for the Covid virus. I did not want to wait past that time frame so I used the "Smart Label" with a note stating what the problem was and not being able to contact anyone. I figured with the slippers being defective and asking for a refund would be no problem. Approximately 1 month later sent an email about refund. Finally got a email stating they received the slippers and would refund me $. 82 since I used their "smart label". This is outrageous. I sent back another email explaining again why they were sent back, it has been another month & no response. Not a good way to treat their customers.
They claim free shipping but charge you for "handling" and "priority" (though their shipping is not fast) and something for "handling returns" whether you return a product or not. It all adds up to shipping charges. Why they want to tell customers an obvious lie, who knows, but says a lot about how they treat customers and their honesty.
~Purchased wide width shoes on 10/31/20 & when received~they were NOT wide width. I returned them paying for return postage myself because no return label was provided. I paid $25 for them PLUS postage and tax. My refunded amount? SEVEN DOLLARS! Called the company & dealt with a snarky cs person~while I remained calm and polite. Was told that my $25+ was to be refunded back to my card in standard business time (7 to 10 days) and NEVER saw a penny of it. Just got off the phone again and they are refusing to refund the amount I paid! I told them the $7 refunded just covered the postage. CS responded with the same "song and dance". I will probably have to call back a third time and end up eating the cost. Never doing business with them again.
I requested to be removed from their mailing list over a year and a half ago. I moved and suddenly I'm getting their stupid catalog again. How did they get my new address?
I called customer service and asked for a manager, they said the manager was on lunch and would call me back when they returned. NEVER CALLED, I'm still getting the damn catalog!

I don't remember what I bought, it was a couple years ago and it was just one time. But I requested to be removed from the mailing list over a year ago, moved and now I'm getting their catalogs again. How did they get my new address? Why are they sending them after I requested to be removed?
My 83 year old mother was conned into signing up for a monthly subscription service while ordering an item. She has a 6th grade education and does not have the ability to discern an upsell. They told her she would get sales and special pricing, however, she only has bought 2 items ever and would never have a need for a monthly discount. When you deal with older adults you need to be careful and have ethics that prevent you from taking advantage of those who are not capable of understanding the new Internet scamming ways. Shame on you!
I ordered some pants, for 12.99 each. Quality is so so, not the best. However shipping charges were quoted for 8.99. I found a coupon if you buy for $50.00 plus for $ 5.00. After applying the coupon suddenly the shipping charges increased by $ 1.95 for insurance, which is crap because Fed Ex does not charge for insurance for $50.00. The package was shipped via Fed Ex not USPS. I get the run a round with this company and I requested a refund of 1.95 which I still have not received. Will not buy from this company again. Do not trust their business handling.

When paying by phone, from the numbers located on statement, u are given a confirmation number. Then the next billing u are charged late fee. Manager won't work with you and tell u to pay with Live Agent. But u can never get on. Then put on credit report late payments. After paying this bill off. I WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN. ALSO LET MY FRIENDS KNOW HOW THEY ARE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.!

Here's the real slap-in-the-face; I paid $26 for it & when it came thet enclosed a catalogues with the price of $16.00 - better price but still lousy product.
Normally when you request a return label from any company, It do not take them over a week to get it to you. I requested a return label and was told on 5 seperate occasion that I would get my return label within 24 hrs. It has been over a week and I still do not ahve my return label. Two representatives stated that they were sending it through the mail and the other three stated that they were sending the label through the email system. It do not take this long to make a simple transaction. Terrible... if there was a 0 star, that is what they would get.

I ordered Elite Ear Sound Amplifier, sent check in full, never heard from them, no order # or acknowledged that I ordered it! So today I called 1-800# and man spoke such poor English I could not understand a word he said, so then went to live chat and they had hard time locating my order then said item no longer available but this company cashed my check as soon as they got it and never told me anything. Lady (Linda) told me I would get my refund from them in 10 business days so will update this review in 2 weeks if I don't get my money back but I will never order from them again!

A Starcrest representative confirmed that my info was obtained from Dr Leonard's. After a quick Google search I found they use a company called "Exact Data" out of Chicago to sell YOUR name and address to others. I contacted them and was given several quotes for lists.
I have had to call each one of these "catalogs" to get my name and address removed from their mailing lists. Unless you want to receive unwanted catalogs of cheap, crappy items stay away from this company. Your name is worth more to them than the profit from any order you place.
Dr. Leonard's will take any order and charge for it, claiming that it is available, even if it is not. Then they will send whatever they have, even replacing it with similar items. As for color, one will end up with colors which they cannot sell. If you order brown mats for your brown bathroom, expect green or pink. Smart assumption is that most of the people will not bother to go thru the return process, so Leonard's keeps making money by selling a garbage which is not otherwise sellable. AND OF COURSE, YOU WILL PAY TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ITEMS THEY SENT!
Someone should take away their business license.

I ordered several items from my Dr. Leonard's catalog. One item was wrong. I had ordered a recliner cover, they sent a chair cover. When I called they told me It was my mistake, that I had ordered the wrong item. I tried to explain that I had ordered the recliner cover, but they were Very rude and disrespectful and argued over and over that it was my mistake. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he to said it was my mistake, my fault. They even said there was maybe miscommunication because of language differences. I told them I will be sending everything back. I don't want to have anything to do with a company that is rude and disrespectful to their customers. If it were possible, they would not get any stars.
I ordered 2 pairs of the every day work pants last December and they claimed that my order was going to be in on march 21 but when I went to check the package room I didn't received my ordered at all and they claimed that my order was gonna come in on April but they sent me an email saying they can't ship my order out to me so they lied to me this company is a scam and I won't be ordering from them any more and they refuse to refund me back my money this place needs to be shut down for good
I ordered 2 house dresses, and after a few months I called them to ask where the merd. Was and they said that they didn't have the colors I ordered and I told them to just send whatever colors they did. I sent them a check with the oder sheet from the magazine. They sent me a check saying sorry they didn't have the dresses which I had received. So I sent their check back and a month later I got a statement like a credit card that wanted their money back, which I sent the check back and they said they never got it. So in order not to ruin my credit I sent them another check to pay again. It was only 36.00, but they ripped me off, and I will never ever order from them again! If it weren't for my credit being marred I would tell them to go fly a kite. They told me I had to trace their check to find out why they didn't get it back! Any dumb person knows I can't trace their check. They told me alot people had my name and they didn't know who it might of went to. I said that every check has a number and to check their bank if they got it back. THEY SAID that was my job! All in all I got chg. 2 times for the same thing! Rip off!
I placed an order, was on the buy now pay later for a whole 60.00. Dr. Leonard's decided to take it out of my Discover card instead. Go Amazon or Walmart. Leonard is a RIP off.
I have ordered from Dr. Leonards catalog for many years but now they've moved customer service overseas and you cannot get anyone who can speak enough English to resolve issues. Sad to see them go.
I ordered bed sheets 2 weeks ago that were 69 and some change, they again charged me today for the same sheets, I just want all my money back, very unprofessional
They bait you with "FREE SHIPPING" in a "Perks" program that is nothing more than a SCAM. I would give Dr Leonards a -10 star review if it would allow me to. There is a reason their overall rating is 1.5 stars. They rip people off knowingly.

Ordered merchandise from Dr Leonard's and I am happy with the items BUT, I noticed they kept charging me AFTER I paid it in full. Come to find out. Its for some stupid perks plus membership crap i never signed up for. I am told hey cancelled it and I have a refund coming. It comes but is not the correct amount. NOW, I keep getting the run around on which dept I'm suppose to talk to with both depts telling me I need to speak to the other. This is BS. I will never ever ever order from this company again.
