I ordered high profile luxury pillows, but when they arrived looked nothing like photos and were no where near high profile and stuffed with minimal cheap rubbish. They told me to put them in the dryer, which I refused as no pillow needs to be put the dryer to achieve their profile. They either come with a high profile or not! I have ask repeatedly to return them for a refund, but was told I would get a credit for their business and they would be returned as a change of mind. I do not want credit as I won't be purchasing from this store again and the product was not as advertised, not a change of mind. They are now giving me the complete run around saying it has to be logged as an issue with their quality control and haven't heard anything for days. Won't ever use this shop again! Further to above, Dshop are now trying to tell me in their fine print that the pillow 'Boasts a high profile of 7 to 9 cm", and want me to take a photo measuring it, FFS! An ACTUAL high profile pillow is 7 to 9 INCHES (17.78 to 22.86cm), so their garbage isn't even close and false advertising! I'm now being put through all this nonsense rather than them accept their product is not what was advertised or expected and provide return details and a refund. Ive now lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading. STAY AWAY from this business and check the many poor reviews they have, not just the BS ones they put on for 5 stars themselves. They only sell cheap garbage that looks nothing like their photos!
Terrible service was sent a faulty item arranged to send back takes two weeks for a response to email them another week for an answer. No courier turned up to collect item waiting another week to get an answer as to why etc. been a month! Just want my money back. There's no contact number for this place

I was excited to receive the LED vanity. After the very long wait (1 month, in stock and same country?) I received a less than perfect box taped with sticky tape.
I opened the box and couldn't believe my eyes.
This was by far the worst thing I have ever received. The quality and craftsmanship is absolutely appalling. Gold thin aluminium like legs with a dodgy welding job, paint scuffs. The table top of the vanity had a big mark on it and also chipped. Every mdf panel was either dented or chipped. The mirror was cracked and poorly finished. The gold trims on the rest of the pieces were bright yellow, not gold.
Looks nothing like the picture online. I think I've been punked.
Unhelpful customer service. Still trying to get a refund for something completely rubbish.

If I could give zero I would. Photos on website are photo shopped. Screws etc are taken out of photo. Desk was very poor quality tact welded and chipped. Returned as defective, they would not accept trying to argue change of mind would not refund until I dumped the product back at Browns plains store. Then still ran with change in mind and charged a 25 restock fee... ACCC compliants have been lodged. Worse company I have ever dealt with!

We bought a clothes rack from them that when out together simply did not hold together. It is poorly designed and keeps toppling over even with a couple of pieces of clothes on it. Easy return you think? WRONG!
I have spent almost a week sending videos and photos to them, each set got me a request for more videos and we are now at the stage where they want me to send them a video of me assembling the whole thing! (really)
On top of that their staff do not seem to like you telling them straight how sick you are of getting the runaround and they threaten to stop communicating with you, despite them being the only way to rectify the situation. They also threaten you with extra costs to return your stuff to you if THEY decide you are wrong

Despite there being no mention of self assembly anywhere on the advert or on my invoice. After pulling everything out I looked at the instructions. I was absolutely disgusted. They were the worst instructions I have ever seen. Literally 8 lazy-$#*! drawings to put together a 56 piece cabinet with no indication where each panel went or what the screws were for. I have put together many items of furniture and have in fact built some of my own furniture, but I could not for the life of me figure out where anything went. I emailed them the next day complaining about it and they did not have the decency to even write back. I will now report them to the ACCC. It has now been over 8 days since my first complaint and I have complained 2 further times and nothing. I will also report them to my bank for fraud. Worst store ever - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The product is still scattered all over my living room floor, I don't even know what to do with it - it's just a pile of useless junk.

I ordered a coffee table on the 8/12. I was advised because of a derailment this put the delivery back which I understand. Then a month further down the track I now keep been given lies. Australia Post advised they have never received the coffee table only a manifest after Australia Post advised this I was once again back on chat with them and they gave me a story that because of bad weather this was the hold up...lies... I have been on their chat line every day asking for a Manager to contact me which doesn't happen they just email me their ridiculous standard email. This is now a matter of principle I have paid for the item and they will not refund me or resend the table. Totally frustrating as there is no contact phone number they will not give me an answer. Bought spin bike that was too small, only big enough for someone not even 5 feet tall. When I asked about larger model and explained my height, they couldn't guarantee that XL bike would be large enough either, even though I'm not particularly tall. Wouldn't issue refund, said they could only issue a credit if bike was in resaleable condition when I returned it (at my own cost), but they couldn't guarantee that because box was torn as I opened it and I'd put it together, but hadnt even got on it. Very dissatisfied!

No instructions in the box. Downloaded from DShop site. Had a professional furniture builder friend who, after 90 mins, couldn't put the thing together. We discovered there were mislabelled panels and other panels missing. I tried to re-number them according to the instructions but some of the panels didn't match the pictured instructions. Refund runaraound - DShop make it difficult as they can with the refund process in the hope you'll give up and they can keep your money. Wish I'd read the reviews before giving my hard-earned away. Photo shows the lot about to be binned, where it belongs. WARNING: Avoid this super dodgy mob at all costs!
I purchased a shelving unit from Dshop over 2 months ago.
After 1 month of waiting the product arrived broken. One of the main parts was completely snapped in half, rendering the whole unit unusable.
I contacted Dshop who said they would resend the broken part. Another month has now passed and there is still no replacement piece. I have tried numerous times to contact Dshop, only to be told it is out of their hands and they've raised the issue with their delivery partners, Aramax?
I am willing to accept certain delays with shipping given the current climate. BUT 2 months with a broken wardrobe sitting on the floor of my small 'work from home' office space is unacceptable.
At this point I just want the whole thing to be picked up taken away and refunded.
Unfortunately, I could not and would not recommend DShop.
We purchased a "rug", and when it was delivered it was folded like a tablecloth. Took it out, I don't even know what it was, but it wasn't a rug. The agony we are going through to return it and get our $200 back is disastrous. This is the first time we purchased from here, I wish I read the reviews before I did. I wouldn't even give them 1 star
I ordered a rug on Dshop as a housewarming present for my daughter. The ad boasted a delivery in 5 days. After 3 weeks I began trying to track down where it actually was. The only info available was "in transit from Brisbane to Perth" - a pretty useless bit of information. After 6 weeks of non-delivery and promises of urgently serching for the rug (!) I threatened police action for fraud. Within 15 minutes the rug was delivered. I will not be shopping Dshop any more. Ever.

I purchase a book case on the 3/1/22. The item has been stuck at the Sydney Depo since the 7/01/22. I have been in constant communication to DShop for the last few weeks, with no update. They constantly write back saying "please be patience". I have requested a refund as my item is obviously lost and they are refusing to refund my money. I am angry with the outcome and can't understand why they can not refund my money and then claim from Fastaway, for the lost item. I will continue to ask for my refund. I also purchased a toddlers guitar which did arrive but I was unable to gift the item as it was such poor quality. The guitar fell to pieces. Do not buy from this shop.
I bought a tv cabinet and it is the most flimsy material that it can't even hold a tv on it. The cabinet bows and cracks. I contacted dshop and they said that they don't think it's a problem and basically too bad. Not to mention it came with scratches all over the material. This place is just horrible!
I ordered some weight plates for my barbell on 2nd August 2021 which they said would arrive within 5-7 business days. Now I would understand due to lockdown there would be delays but after 25 days have passed I didn't receive any update. They all say they'll reach out ASAP but they don't. I contacted their dodgy courier as well and they said they don't have updates as there's some issue with the system.
I informed these dodgy dshop about this and asked for refund. But they rejected my request outright and continue to refuse to issue me refund. Today's after 1.5 months, I still haven't received the order neither receive the refund. They emailed me a generic response that the order is with the courier and therefore can't issue me refund. This is scamming the customers. Stay away from these goons.

I bought a rug that looks nothing like the pictures and the quality is absolutely disgraceful. It is more like an oversized blanket. I contacted the company via their chat option immediately after opening the package and seeing the poor quality. Total run around and they will not provide a return address or refund. Please do not shop with these people they are shady in the way they do business, I have been 4 weeks requesting a refund after receiving my damaged bookcase from them and they said NO, we will replace the damaged items, Ok fine so they sent me replacements that are not even the same colour, so I requested a refund and again was told NO we DO NOT REFUND, we will send you a whole new item... well 2 weeks later I am still waiting on my new item to even be shipped, I contacted them again today asking why hasn; t it been shipped and I was met with a reply of, the warehouse will HOPEFULLY be able to send me the colour I want... Using none of my item, it came to me damaged so therefore unusable.
As with many other customers of Dshop, I received a very damaged 'product', contacted Dshop immediately and was assured this was an 'easy fix' and my request for a full refund was 'no problem'. I submitted the photos of the gouge marks on both sides of the desk, then waited and waited and waited until finally their 'help desk' emailed me an offer of a $20 voucher to spend in their store! I replied declining their offer and asking again for a full refund and haven't heard from them since. I used their live chat today which was useless as all they could tell me was to reply to the 'help desk' email (which I have done multiple times). So my warning again is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Dshop! Avoid the stress, scam and waste of money!
They sent a damaged mat that was $120 and was completely ruined while shipping, then told me they would give me a $10 coupon code to make up for it, be very careful using this site.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Where to begin? Firstly, the coffee table set that I ordered from this company came to me in horrible condition and needed to be sent back. Secondly, and probably even worse than the poorly constructed, bent frame, was the entire ordeal of getting a replacement coffee table set from them. Normally you would expect some form of proactive communication from a business who you have just spend your money on, but not Dshop! I had to be the one to initiate the conversation each time and ask about the update of my replacement. They initially said to me in person, "it'll be at our warehouse in a day or 2 and then will take about a week to process before you can get your replacement." I thought that I would have it within at least 2 weeks give or take. Oh was I wrong… 7 weeks later and I am still waiting for confirmation that they have even processed it at their 'warehouse'. I have asked repeatedly for a date it will be ready and the only response I've had recently was an email saying it would take up to 15 business days to process at warehouse. It has now been 22 business days and still no word from them. Utterly appalling and disgraceful handling. Not 1 apology or anything for the delay. AVOID AVOID AVOID Dshop!
