I ordered high profile luxury pillows, but when they arrived looked nothing like photos and were no where near high profile and stuffed with minimal cheap rubbish. They told me to put them in the dryer, which I refused as no pillow needs to be put the dryer to achieve their profile. They either come with a high profile or not! I have ask repeatedly to return them for a refund, but was told I would get a credit for their business and they would be returned as a change of mind. I do not want credit as I won't be purchasing from this store again and the product was not as advertised, not a change of mind. They are now giving me the complete run around saying it has to be logged as an issue with their quality control and haven't heard anything for days. Won't ever use this shop again! Further to above, Dshop are now trying to tell me in their fine print that the pillow 'Boasts a high profile of 7 to 9 cm", and want me to take a photo measuring it, FFS! An ACTUAL high profile pillow is 7 to 9 INCHES (17.78 to 22.86cm), so their garbage isn't even close and false advertising! I'm now being put through all this nonsense rather than them accept their product is not what was advertised or expected and provide return details and a refund. Ive now lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading. STAY AWAY from this business and check the many poor reviews they have, not just the BS ones they put on for 5 stars themselves. They only sell cheap garbage that looks nothing like their photos!
Do not give your money to this company. You will not get it back. The pictures mislead you. The materials when received are cheap and in poor condition. Then you try and get a refund and they won't help you. They only offer replacement parts. I even went to Consumer Affairs with no luck. AVOID.

Bought 2 x Kori desks expecting they would be identical, they were not. Different packaging, wood grain and different sized shelves. Sent photos and was advised "they can't see a problem" and refused refund.
Bought a cupboard, photos looked good. On receipt, wow. I reckon you could do better with a bunch of cardboard boxes and a roll of gaffa tape. Box arrived with a ding in the side, and a few of the panels, which reminded me of silk screens from art class in high school, were already damaged. Some of the posts had rust. Customer services response was basically "we didn't say it was made of sturdy materials, you can return it under the "change of mind policy" and lose 20% and you will wear the return fees back, if its received ok we will refund within 30 days" - really? Left a one star review of the product on their site, and hasn't shown - evidence that they filter the reviews to skew the figures. Total letdown. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Such a dodgy company. I am very surprised to see online that this company is 100% Australian and yet does not follow Australian Consumer Law. I have nothing to show for my purchase because the item was faulty and the only way to get a refund was at my cost. What a joke. This company preys on consumers not having the time or money to return a faulty item. They don't have to stand by their products. They don't have to care, because even PayPal is not stopping them. Absolute disgraceful, unAustralian company.
D shop advertises 24 hour shipping on their facebook page. I paid extra for priorities shipping, only to have my order shipped 76 hours later. When my 1080HD Webcam arrived, I assumed it would work well. I 100% still believe to this day, that this webcam came from Wish. The lens does not focus, the mic does not work unless I forcefully tap on it, and the customer service to try and get this returned is absolutely appalling. I guess the saying "Pay peanuts, get monkeys" really delivers in this case. As all the staff I have dealt with so far, have been absolute monkeys. Countless online chats back and forth and 9 days later, my issue has not been resolved yet.

I strongly urge you to stay away from this Dshop online. Once they gave your money, you don't matter. You correspond with so many different people and I'm still awaiting my order. Extremely frustrating, I would not recommend them fir your own sanity!
Do yourself a favour and don't purchase from this store. Department of fair trading are reviewing dshop at the moment. My experience was a nightmare with bad service, terrible quality, false advertising and very bad return policy.

I have received numerous emails from Thik yes this is his name …. Both bedside tables faulty one extremely bent like someone actually axed it. Both pieces of crap are covered in red dirt … they are still disputing change of mind policy versus damaged goods and now want more photos. Refused postage and refund.
I have now contacted AAAC who have said I am entitled to a full refund.

The product is faulty, they say it is not, trying to get it replaced is a nightmare.
They never get back to you, it has been a month and still trying.
There is no phone number either to get in contact with, and I find it hard to believe that they are 100% Australian owned.

When you email them they don’t respond, I go through the site and go to chat that is the only way they respond, will never buy anything with them again.
The outdoor lights are only supposed to work at night but turn on during the day, you will go through a lot of batteries.

I bought a Nirvana wooden bed from Dshop. Delivery (by Allied Express) was delayed by two weeks, as my purchase was sent from Brisbane to Perth instead to Adelaide. After a long wait when it finally arrived in partially damaged packaging, I realised that I bought an absolute rubbish. It happened due to a misleading picture and description of the product on their website (i. E. that the bed is made from solid wood, whilst it is not).
I did not even bother to follow the instruction (written in Chinese, with unclear pictures) to assemble it, and gave it away ASAP. I have never had such a bad experience when buying online. I would give Dshop zero rating if possible.

I should had come to read reviews before I placed an order. I ordered a heavy duty outside umbrella but received an umbrella with a light cross base which is even can't hold on firmly the umbrella! The ads is totally misleading.
To my dismay upon receiving my order from Dshop I found that several parts for the coffee table are damaged have sent a letter of complained to Dshop with some photos the reply was that they wanted photo evidence I did send them the photos again with no response at this stage.
I will never ever buy from Dshop again. I am very very disappointed

Avoid buying anything here unless you enjoy grief in your life. They will readily take your money but don't expect to receive the goods any time soon... or not at all. They like to play the blame game. They will blame the couriers who say they have delivered the items, so it will be virtuallly impossible for you to get your money back. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I give it a one rating only because there are no zero ratings available.
Do not trust this company. Do not trust any photos of products. Quality is CRAP & they will not provide any refunds regardless. No management will call you & they hide behind a false customer support service. Bought a shoe rack and the images showed multiple pairs of different types of shoes on the shoe stand. The images also show that the shoes fit with space to spare, when I bought the stand only half the shoe fits onto the display squares. They have really slow customer support and refuse to pay for return shipping which is expensive because the stand is large and heavy.

Images are deceiving, the dimensions say that it's (approx) and is very misleading. I'm pretty sure what they're doing is illegal and from other reviews, I'm not the only one that they've lied to.

I wouldn't waste your time and money with this company. There advertisements are misleading with incorrect photos and correct colour descriptions of their products. When my items arrived, it was chipped and scratched and came in packaging that looked like these items were returned products repacked into the box.
Customer service is very bad with no resolution in sight.
They deserve a rating of D which is fitting for its name, D Shop where products and Customer service are of D quality.

I bought the side sleeper pillow, which took ages to arrive, and when it did it was just as thin as one of those cheap throw pillow fillings. It completely buckled under the weight of my head and I paid close to $40 for it. The customer service was atrotious! They took days to answer each email and asked the same questions every time. It took 2 weeks to organise a return, and a month after I returned it I'm still waiting on my refund. Looks like I'll be going to consumer affairs about this.

Dshop sold me a chair which was poor quality but also defective in Feb 2020. It took over 100 email requests, a call from NSW fair trade and 3 months for them to accept taking it back. Now they have had the chair for a month but have not refunded me the money. The only contact is the help desk who do nothing but apologise. This shop is a scam.
Purchased a magnifying mirror that came with no instructions and broke within 24hrs. When I contacted customer service to request instructions, she wasted my time because she kept asking for a photo. I just wanted instructions, must have been classified! She gave me attitude and wasted a lengthy amount of my time. It was a $20 mirror, it should have been an automatic and easy resolve. Then when I wrote a bad review for the item they deleted it. Shady cheap Chinese rubbish with poor service! Also, I'm not sure I even got an invoice because I can't find it anywhere.

I ordered a "large" lounge room rug that cost $137.00. When I received it was hardly big enough to wipe your feet on. With many emails back & forward and posting the "rug" back, finally received a refund weeks later. They kept telling me to open it but the package was so small (see pic with banana), I knew it wasn't what I paid for. I did not want to also have to repackage it at my cost. They would not pay the $27.50 for the registered mail to return it. Fair Trading advised that I should not be out of pocket for returning an item that was not what I paid for.
I bought a plant stand from them. The quality of the product was appalling. The item was faulty the legs were welded on an angle. The screw thread was on an angle and they're refusing to refund my money for an unusable product! Do not purchase a thing from this site. They're are an absolute rip off and scam.

I ordered a desk from them and after 3 months of waiting, over two dozen emails back and forth with them, and requests for a refund I still don't have the desk, and the only reason I have the money is Pay Pal as DShop refused to refund me until they could find the desk they lost. I bought a dollhouse for my niece. When it arrived I opened it and noticed one of the corners were crushed, the box was filthy and it had Asian writing on the front which was not like that when I was looking at it online.
I continued to open the box and found most of the house attachments with brown stains these were meant to be green. The cardboard backdrops for the house we're crushed and the instructions weren't in English!
I paid $65 for rubbish, it was also supposed to be free delivery and when I contacted customer support they told me it was a minor fault and they could refund me $30 and keep it or return it at my expense which I have now done for an extra $20!
I have been emailing them for weeks and they just play dumb and it's so frustrating.
