“DO NOT USE THESE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS”

I ordered high profile luxury pillows, but when they arrived looked nothing like photos and were no where near high profile and stuffed with minimal cheap rubbish. They told me to put them in the dryer, which I refused as no pillow needs to be put the dryer to achieve their profile. They either come with a high profile or not! I have ask repeatedly to return them for a refund, but was told I would get a credit for their business and they would be returned as a change of mind. I do not want credit as I won't be purchasing from this store again and the product was not as advertised, not a change of mind. They are now giving me the complete run around saying it has to be logged as an issue with their quality control and haven't heard anything for days. Won't ever use this shop again! Further to above, Dshop are now trying to tell me in their fine print that the pillow 'Boasts a high profile of 7 to 9 cm", and want me to take a photo measuring it, FFS! An ACTUAL high profile pillow is 7 to 9 INCHES (17.78 to 22.86cm), so their garbage isn't even close and false advertising! I'm now being put through all this nonsense rather than them accept their product is not what was advertised or expected and provide return details and a refund. Ive now lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading. STAY AWAY from this business and check the many poor reviews they have, not just the BS ones they put on for 5 stars themselves. They only sell cheap garbage that looks nothing like their photos!

I Bought a mattress so called SUPREME COMFORT 3D I never seen such a bad mattress
I have the impression that they are collecting old mattress from the streets
and just cover it up Voila new mattress in 2 months the mattress is lumpy impossible to sleep on IT MAKES ME SAD HOW THEY SCAMMING PEOPLE AND GET AWAY WITH IT

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I HAD ISSUES WITH MY FIRST PURCHASE WITH DSHOP. BUT I THOUGHT ID TRY AGAIN. THEN I GET DELIVERED A DIRTY DEGRADING ITEM WITH A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CARTON THAT WAS JUST TAPED TO COVER IT. THE METAL PARTS WERE RUSTING, THE WOODEN PIECES CHIPPED AND HOLES WHERE SCREW ARE SUPPOSED TO GO IN LOOKED IF THEY WERE ALREADY USED. THE WHOLE ITEM WAS EITHER USED OR WAS ROTTING IN THE BOX IS WAS DELIVERED IN.
I THEN TRY TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERIVICE AND IVE BEEN ASKED TO DO THEIR JOB. CLEARLY THEY DONT INVESTIGATE THE ISSUES AFTER SPEAKING TO THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME. THEY CONTINUE TO JUST PASS ME ALONG THINKING THINGS ARE GETTING RESOLVED WHICH CLEARLY HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. TWICE I'VE BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY AND TWICE I HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QAULITY ITEMS.

Purchased a rug from here recently, it arrived in 4 days which was pretty good. However upon opening it I realised it was nothing more than a piece of fabric, and nothing short of what you'd find in "the reject shop". It wasn't suitable for use as a rug, and it wouldn't lay flat because it's literally fabric and has no weight to it. I honestly wouldn't pay more than $5 for it if I had seen it in person, and I would've used it for a Halloween costume, not a rug. It sounds dramatic but you have to see it to believe it. I immediately contacted customer service to organise a return and refund, but they've been extremely difficult and taking me round in circles to answer the same questions on why I want to return it. Huge time waster and completely regret purchasing from them. I will never buy from this company again, and I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from here too. I still haven't been advised how to return the rug. If they continue to refuse to answer my question on how to return it, I'll end up giving it to my nieces to perhaps cut up and use in a school project or to make a costume. I can't express just how low quality it is that you could use scissors to cut it into pieces. Do not buy from here!

I brought 2 XL wardrobes as the property I was purchasing did not have wardrobes in 2 bedrooms. As an Australian purchaser, I expected it to be a wooden wardrobe, however; it was in fact entirely made of PLASTIC! The hanging spaces were only wide enough to use a child-sized hanger (something they failed to mention in the product description. This meant that as an adult wardrobe it was useless. When I contacted them to return them, they argued that as it said buried deep in the description it was PP, which unbeknown to me apparently means polypropylene (plastic) that it had not been misrepresented and so the $500+ I paid for them was not refundable! This product may have been suitable in a country where people live in very small apartments like in China or sleep in drawers like in Japan, but in Australia we expect our products (even flat packs) to be made of some kind of timer even if it was a composite timber NOT PLASTIC. Poor customer service, don't expect a refund if your not happy, so I highly recommend that you look somewhere else.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Dealing with them is an absolute joke. We received a desk that we purchased for $200 that was so flimsy and looked like it cost $20. I don't think it was strong enough to even hold a computer on it, let alone all the books and equipment it was holding in the photo. The photo is completely misleading and makes the desk look expensive, solid and sturdy and when we tried to put it together it didn't line up, it was super flimsy and thin. We asked for a refund and were told if we sent it back we would get our whole amout refunded. After we sent it back in good faith (and paid $30 for the postage), they only refunded $136 instead of the full $200 and said it was because we changed our mind - even though we returned it because it is an inferior product. I think we have sent in excess of 50 emails to them and you always get a different person replying or different person on the phone that can't speak English properly and then sends a general email instead of seeing that there is already a huge email trail from previous emails to other people in their company. This is our warning to you - don't waste your money! You will regret it, just like we did!

My items weren't as described or pictured, discoloured product, scratches, laminated stickers is falling off- marks on them. Contacted customer care after receiving them to return and refund. Their Customer service said they were escalating to higher management!
Still have not heard anything from senior management.

There is no Contact number to contact Dshop. Very Disappointed and frustrating with this Company and product. Seriously DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING AND BUYING FROMTHIS COMPANY.

On Wednesday 9th June 2021 the keyboard holder broke but they refused to refund me so I went to the Bank and they refunded me the $118.29 on Wednesday 23rd June 2021.

Tip for consumers:
Get stuffed. You clowns are incompetent to the highest degree, cost me nearly $99.90 and do not care in the slightest since you refused to refund me. I strongly insist DShop be avoided wherever possible since they couldn't care less about their customers.

I received a coffee table from dshop which was broken. The legs were broken and the brackets/screws that came prefilled were broken (screws were loose and when I tried to tighten them the wood was stripped). I contacted dshop about this for a refund (their policy states I can get a refund) but even after sending pictures and stating their return policy to them they said they would only send me replacement parts. When I made it clear to them that the whole table needs to be replaced (not just some parts) I reiterated to them that I would like a refund. They said I would need to prove to them that the entire table needs to be replaced and then they would send a refund (even though I had told them from the beginning that the entire table was broken). I sent them a video of the entire table and of how the screws could not be screwed back in and then they went back on their word and said they would only send me a whole new replacement table. I then stated Australian Consumer Law to them (Part 5-Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and they still said that they would only send me a replacement instead of the refund, which as the consumer I am entitled to choose which one I want both by their policy and by Australian Consumer Law. It has been a headache that took weeks to go back and forth with them via email, and it still is not resolved. I do not want another replacement unit, their products are very bad quality and not only were broken, but came dirty and scratched. I am out $90 now. I bought from dshop once before this and that product also came dirty, discoloured (metal was rusty) and scratched. The unit was also missing integral screws to put it together, but I made due because I thankfully had some screws that fit. I hoped that this was a once off mistake from dshop, but after buying the coffee table I realised that all of their products are poor quality, dirty, scratched, broken or missing parts, and they refuse to refund you. Save yourself your money and a headache and steer clear of dshop!

I was looking to buy a genuine Sonic Pic, same as the one tvshop used to sell and which I have previously bought one of, from tvshop. The photos on dshop (https://www.dshop.com.au/buy/sonic-electronic-tooth-cleaning-system/SONIC8) showed photos the genuine Sonic Pic…photos of the Sonic pic with metallic silver button, shiny stainless steel make. So I ordered two (order N*******). When the two Sonic Pics I ordered online arrived the buttons were made of cheap plastic and the metal looks dull. That's the dead giveaway that it's a fake from prior experience. Ebay has a lot of sellers selling the fake Sonic Pic also. I emailed dshop and they responded to me that I have received what I ordered! No I DID NOT. And they advised me to send it back to them AT MY OWN EXPENSE for inspection and if valid I will get sent a store credit! I do not want a store credit to shop at a scammer store selling fake products. I WANT A FULL REFUND AND A REPLY PAID LABEL. But to claim that their product is genuine is proof that they are scammers and liars. Even if I do send them back in new saleable condition, do you think I will get a refund? I bet they will claim damage on receipt and deny my refund. See photos comparing their website listing and my genuine Sonic Pic placed adjacent to the fake items. You can see for yourself who is the honest person here.

Do not purchase anything - no matter how cheap - from this company! After reading other reviews, it is evident that they are passing off faulty rejects from manufacturers & then refusing a refund or replacement. I am writing about my experience so that others don't fall victims like me. Wish I had read all the other horrendous reviews which other Dshop customers in this website have experienced earlier! With delivery of a V-ZORR Wireless Door Chime Bell with Remote Control ($9.90+$7.77 shipping) I found this simple device just wouldn't work. It boasted it had a range of 100 meters but the bell could not respond even when the receiver was held at close range! This is false advertisement, passing off faulty items and then refusing refund and resolution. Their support chat people insisted that I send a video clip of the faulty product. I explained that I was not tech savvy & tried to send the clip by email as suggested but was unable as the file was too large. I sent photos instead which they outright rejected.
I very clearly described the problem ~ pressing the transmitter call bell, the signal is not received by the blue & white receiver. Their Quality Control people don't understand this?! If they are so hopeless, then I doubt even if I sent a video they will say they can't see the problem!
It was evident they were not taking ownership of their worthless product. There are many reputable online outlets which will replace faulty items - no questions asked. I once was sent a pair of $76 shoes which were too big. I just sent photos & they said they will send a replacement immediately & I could keep the big shoes! Unlike Dshop, for them reputation was more important.
Sad that Dshop is so cheapskate that a small cost like $17 is more important than their reputation! It is understandable that sometimes products are faulty but it is more important that sellers take ownership & accept responsibility. If they don't follow this simple principle, then their business is doomed to failure with bad publicity. But then again, Dshop appears not to care about their self induced bad reputation!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
This would have to be the dodgiest, most deceptive, Singaporean company on earth!
I purchased a desk online from this company and it was the biggest mistake of my life.
It was so poorly made with sharp jagged edges that cut me and tack welds that didn't line up.
When it arrived, EVERY piece and panel was scratched, dented, chipped or otherwise damaged.
I contacted Dshop via their 24/7 help desk, only to find out that they're essentially just virtual answering machines and you have to wait for someone to get back to you (which they never do). THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AND THE STAFF ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND SEEM TO BE TRAINED TO DRAG OUT RETURNS!
I made contact 4 times in a week before getting a response telling me that I had to build the desk first and then provide photos, to which I refused and re requested a refund.
I then waited another week for some other idi0t to email me and offer me $20, stating the damage to every panel was minimal and refusing the refund under consumer law.
The dshop staff kept refusing to provide me return and refund information and then threatened me with an inspection fee if I returned the goods. When I googled and checked their Facebook, it seems that they do this to EVERYONE that buys their shonky goods!
I will NEVER purchase anything from them again and strongly urge anyone else thinking about it, to read the reviews and find somewhere else to purchase from!
