I ordered high profile luxury pillows, but when they arrived looked nothing like photos and were no where near high profile and stuffed with minimal cheap rubbish. They are now giving me the complete run around saying it has to be logged as an issue with their quality control and haven't heard anything for days. Won't ever use this shop again! Further to above, Dshop are now trying to tell me in their fine print that the pillow 'Boasts a high profile of 7 to 9 cm", and want me to take a photo measuring it, FFS! An ACTUAL high profile pillow is 7 to 9 INCHES (17.78 to 22.86cm), so their garbage isn't even close and false advertising! I'm now being put through all this nonsense rather than them accept their product is not what was advertised or expected and provide return details and a refund. Ive now lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading. STAY AWAY from this business and check the many poor reviews they have, not just the BS ones they put on for 5 stars themselves. They only sell cheap garbage that looks nothing like their photos!

I bought A Christmas tree: it failed to match up to the quality picture used on the website instead matched the one I was throwing away. I asked for return and refund, several emails and chat box before eventually been offered a refund or store credit. Had to threaten ombudsman and credit facility in order to get correspondence. I was fobbed off continually, company offers great online experience but it is the worst. Go elsewhere to purchase. Should not be allowed to trade.

I wasn't expecting much as you know if it walks like a duck and all that, however even the lowest expectations in the world didn't prepare me for the crap that arrived. A two tier coffee table that splits instantly when you try and screw the legs into it as it is just made out of the cheapest nastiest mdf possible. I thought I would contact them for a laugh about a return and they request every photo under the sun and then tell me it's referred on to the relevant department like they are some sort of legitimate multinational... Save yourself the bother. It's cheap cos it's cheap!
Bought a dshop lean scooter for my grandson. It was so badly made he wouldn't even step on it. Asked for a refund with no response. Do not buy. Very dangerous
I got a shelf unit delivered fully damaged. After emailing back and forth for 2 months I gave up and had to call council pick up as it was in an extremely bad condition. I wasted money, energy, had to organize my own pick up to the junk yard as even after posting to give away for free no one wanted it as it's that bad. Save your money and nerves. I never received a voucher, replacement or simply a refund. Worst company. Not sure if they're in China or India as I'd never expected to be left with damaged goods in a firstt world country. What a nightmare. $560 for a bike that has such terrible problems it is a danger to ride. Pedals falling off due to cheap metals and machinery. Gears don't work. Paint and coating is horrible. Fork, handlebars and seat loose whist riding. And avoid the lock in the middle at all costs. Just avoid the purchase altogether.
And don't event think of contacting them for a refund. They simply hide behind a worthless warranty and 'customer policy' that turns you around in circles. A customer support department not concerned with supporting customers in the slightest.
Faulty, damaged goods. Not possible to get refund. Reported to consumer affairs. Robots in customer service. Totally disgusted! NO STARS.

I also bought a vanity that looked as though it was damaged and re packaged. It ruined my daughters birthday surprise. I'm trying to get a refund, however they want me to dissemble the faulty product (we spent a long time putting together) and put it back in a box "I no longer have". In doing this they offer 50% refund!? I'll be going to consumer affairs if the solution is not met. I two wish I read the reviews before purchasing from this very dodgy company.
PS it's not worth 1 star rating, however I couldn't submit this without giving something.
I wish I had read the reviews on this and other sites before buying. Purchased a desk because the turn around time was appealing - my son had recently moved out of home to attend uni and needed a desk asap of particular dimensions to fit his room. Two weeks later and no sign of it, courier knows nothing, run around and false reassurances given by the shop staff. I have put in for a refund through PayPal and will be taking this further through legal channels where they will become liable for the cost of my item plus interest and legal costs so they had better watch out. The frustrating thing seems to be these people seem to think they can get away with what is tantamount to theft and flagrant breach of consumer laws. Watch this space.

There's a reason why they don't offer refunds because they know 99% of purchases will be returned.
False advertisement, provide faulty items and refuse refund and resolution. Customer service is slow in responding, one simple thing will take them ages and they keep asking the same question which I already answered.
Anyway, disputing charges with my bank I hope I can get my money back. This company is dishonest.
Bought two of the walking sticks with a led light in them both didn't work couldn't speak to anybody on the phone had to chat by messenger don't go near this company their products are $#*! make a jump through hoops to return anything not happy with the customer service at all
Item we received was a clearly a previously returned damaged item, there was scratches over multiple panels, damage to lots of corners plus a hole has clearly been drilled and damaged. Then have had to fight to get a refund. Each email is from a different person and they keep asking the same questions. Last email blamed us for not excepting some replacement parts.
Will never recommend or buy from Dshop again.

My experience has been strikingly similar to all the other reviews! Extremely poor quality item, misleading description of the product (i. E. no way i would of bought it if it was accurately described), customer service completely ignore my emails relating to false advertising and won't issue a refund. I will be taking this further... Please do yourself a massive favour a steer clear of this shockingly bad retailer.
The most useless piece of machinery I've ever used. Absolute terrible service and untruthful service. Eventually got most of my money back, but what a hassle. I do not recommend this supplier what so ever.
Received product with was toilet seats. Realised upon opening one that it was the wrong shape.
Contacted them and they requested pictures and videos therefore I had to remove the packaging. Now they won't accept return for hygiene reasons!

I never had bitter experience with any of the online stores before but dshop.com.au gave me one and i'm not buying from any online stores again.
Ordered stuff cane with bug damages, not even an instruction paper and guess what with not enough parts.
Asked them to send remaining parts, sent me an invoice of the shipping. Paid for it as i wanted the parts desperately and now at last tried to assemble everything and guess what happened the parts i received is all mixed up and there's more parts missing.
Please i humbly request you guys not to buy from this online store. Please be safe from all this hassles as we know prevention is better than cure.

Appalling on all levels. I was unfortunate enough to buy computer desk from them. Delivery delayed (by two weeks), delivery instructions weren't followed, and item was left unattended in very insecure location; item received in total disarray, with almost half of pieces damaged.
No replacement or refund was agreed to.
I was only offered to have damaged details replaced in "REASONABLE TIME".
I'll be taking matter further.
