The parts we ordered were in nonworking order, contact customer service and they said they would check into it. I just want my money back.
Been working with these folks for a couple of years as I built my teardrop trailer. Always courteous and helpful when I called or sent a message. Most recently my messaged question got a response within an hour or so. Very helpful and posted my question on their site to help others that may have the same question about a specific brake controller. I'll continue shopping with them and recommend them to others.
