Please make sure that you never purchase anything from the store online or on Facebook or on Instagram. I ordered on September 5 and I never got a tracking code they never replied and I still haven't gotten my money back. Make sure you change your bank card information because this smells like fraud. Do not do any business with a ebeautifulme.com
Placed an order on March 12th. As of today, April 2nd, I have not received any tracking info.
I contacted the merchant via email, contact form on their site, and text, and never received any response. I left comments on their Facebook and Instagram pages, and my comments were deleted. I requested tracking info via Facebook messenger and I was blocked.
Ultimately I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I am waiting for the results of their investigation.
Worst online shopping experience of my life. Buyer beware.
Tip for consumers:
No online reviews, does not accept messages on Instagram unless they follow you.
You wont see your order or your money ever again.
They will tell you they are running late once and never answer again
