I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

I ordered a set of shorty headers for my 79 camaro. Instead I received an intake for a tacoma...weird. I got a hold of customer service. They were amazing. They quickly sent me the information needed to return the item and sent the new one right after I dropped the intake off at the post office. I will say the box looked like it's seen better days when I got it. It looked like it might have been a return from somone else at one point. I don't know it didn't really bother me too much I mean it's a set of headers. But still for $300 I donno I guess I was expecting bubble wrap or
Something.

The oil pump gasket was thrown in the box under the oil pump. In shipping, it became folded and actually torn. When I called customer service, I was told that I'd have to return the entire order, rather than you just sending me another gasket. This is the second order with an issue.

I purchased a wood steering wheel. Turns out they had one out of the box for almost 1/2 off.
They described small damage. Small damage was a little more than I expected. The original purchase was for brushed stainless. It came chromed, I'm sure it's not stainless.
All the mounting hardware was missing. Included a horn button not applicable.
They gave me a little more credit for that. So I guess I'm happy.
