I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

I ordered a pair of dome light door switches that didn't work as they should. The lights would come on when the door was closed and out when the door is opened sometimes and I could wiggle the switch button and lights would go on and off.
They are one of the largest suppliers in the 55-57 Chevy market, I assumed their parts were reliable. But these were not.

While ordering was very easy, the product I received isnt any where in the realm of correct. The product I received can not even be mistakenly used as the same application.
The website shows the product was in stock and available, and I received a product that is for a totally different application.

Very good fast shipping, if theres a problem it all ways get tken care of,im not a fan of the taking pic. Of wrong items and having to mail it in befor they give return auth. But im sure they have there reasons for doing so

Poor packing resulted in a damaged part, but Eckler's replaced it no issues. Just the hassle of having to send in pictures and take it to a Fed Ex store. Replacement part was good.

Just opened the box containing the hood hinges I had ordered. I'm very disappointed with the way they were packed. They were just put in a box, the pair of them without anything to keep them from banging against each other.
I'm not very happy and I won't be using this supplier again.
