I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

I received the Hood scoop & tried it on my Torino's hood where the original one was. I found that the bolt on the driver's side front is about 3/8ths to 1/2 inch off from the bolt hole in the hood. The bolt on the passenger side is ok. The scoop I'm replacing is a Ford factory scoop with Ford Assy C90-B1GC664-B 40-2432 7 & Ford Panel C90B*******-B 40-2433 on the right Underneath side & Ford Assy C9ZB16C6648 40-2430 & Ford Panel C9ZB*******-B 40_2431 on the left underneath side. The reason I'm replacing uit is because it is cracked. The one I got from you is no good to me.

Rear brake line kit for a '65 Mustang single exhaust purchased. Had to bend the brake lines a bit to make them fit. Haven't added the brake fluid yet so I don't know if its going to leak but I got my fingers crossed that it works and the fittings seat well.

I finally stupidly bought something from you guys in the hopes you would back off from your daily harassment, but you won't let go. Never again! I had already unsubscribed to your dribble, but you ignored me. Listen up! I can spend $5 on RockAuto and get a free refrigerator magnet, so the last thing in the world I would do is give you $199+ dollars to get an stupid air freshener! And lastly, you charged me Massachusetts sales tax on the shipping charges for my order. This is illegal, and I expect a rebate! I know this response is going to the marketing people, so instead of trying to bury this response, how about using it to try to improve the customer experience rather than turning them off?

Two of the four hubcaps would secure to the rims. I submitted an online return request, which was fairly easy, but still have not received the shipping label or information.

Hello. I purchased a 1972 Dashboard and the product arrived on time. However, the dashboard feels very flimsy. Please take extra caution when installing it into your car. Also, the dashboard has some design flaws. And lastly, I did not receive my military discount during checkout.
