I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
Found the items on line and ordered as it said they were in stock. After completing my transaction received an emai stating items were out of stock, I placed a call and left a message which was answered to my satisfaction. My order was downsized and I purchased half what I needed, but all that were in stock. I think I dealt with Allen who was very helpful and explained about you stock on these parts.

When I am browsing the website I seem to be lock into 1 category and cant see everything...? That needs to be fixed on your end. When somebody is browsing they need to have access to the whole website... The products that you want to sell.

I was looking for an air conditioning system for my 1976 Stiingray. I was about to order it online but I thought it would be a good idea to call someone at Ekler's. Glad I did, I almost ordered the wrong system. The guy I spoke to knew his stuff. He got me all setup with the right system for my car.
Great customer service. I'm sure I'll be doing more business with Ekler's again.

Excellent customer service. Was sent a replacement bcuz the first one I purchased wasn't working.
After being sent a replacement I discovered the push button is longer than oem. Had to modify by filing the housing and the top of the button switch (both are plastic) to operate properly. Otherwise the button was partially depressed causing the light to stay off.

To find out what booster i needed.Told exactly what I had and what I needed. Person told me what part was needed. I ordered it, as soon as he sent confirmation with picture, called back and told him I asked him for a two cylinder to replace a stock single one.he said it was too late it was already in shipping department. Couldn't be canceled, had to send it back when it came. Only had been a few minutes since I got the confirmation. Now have to wait for it and go through the process of sending it back.

Kept sending the wrong part. After a month of back and forth phone calls they tell me the website isn't updated and they don't have the visor I paid for. When I call they said ya we have 9 of them in stock. So screwing me around over a month and won't refund me my money till I send the wrong one back for the second time. So take $800 of my money and make me wait even longer to get my money back to shop else where. I'll never buy from them again.

In the part's description it says many times "these lenses", but apparently are sold as individuals. Now I have another $6.95 charge to order a second lens because it was not clear these were single and not a pair.

"1958-1960 Ford Thunderbird Water Pump" failed upon first start up in a spectacularly bad way, taking out a brand new custom aluminum radiator with it. The pressed on flange that the fan bolts onto came off instantly and has nothing really keeping it onto the shaft. Customer support offered 55 dollars in store credit or 27 dollars refunded. Beyond insulting considering their overpriced water pump caused hundreds of dollars of damage. Refused to overnight a new pump, or even send one out until they had received the defective one to "inspect".
If you absolutely need this part - factor in having to weld the flange to the shaft before use.
This shop will not be using Eckler's again, however.

Thank you, the purchase procedure and the shipping went very smoothly. Parcel arrived a day early. The Console meets my expectations. I'm in Canada, and have to ship to a U.S. address, (parcel pick-up location), that's the only glitch... hope that someday you return to shipping to Canada.

I orders front door panels and rear panels for a 65 Futura. Front said ships in 2-3 weeks. Fine I'll deal with it. Rear says in stock. Submit order, money comes out, get email front ships in 4-6 and I just finally got an update for the rears that now won't ship for another 2 months. What a joke. I guess I'll call in a month and find out my order has been canceled like so many others with no notification.

We made one purchase for a client and now get daily e-mails. Tried to unsubscribe, no option. They say we're getting e-mails because we have an account. I try to enter the "account" but had to create a new password. Looked for unsubscribe, nothing. Tried to remove e-mail, won't let me. Looked for "delete account". Doesn't exist. Never will order again because I don't want to ever go through this again. Off to the SPAM folder you go and I'll try and remove all my collected personal data from my "account".

Went into your website to shop in three different categories breaks interior and trim. As far as brakes you had one master cylinder one engine fitting no brake line when I got to interior you had cardboard door panels only only two of which was in stock didn't bother looking in the third category because I figured I would get much of the same, I thought you were taking over or distributing for Dan check apparently they're not sending you anything because you don't have anything to sell. I've been using your website for three years. It's gotten worse every year.

Received a gift certificate 3 years ago. Tried ordering parts, never in stock or not made any more, yet still in catalog. Tried to get certificate time extended or refunded, a joke. The people in general were very nice till I got to a supposed manager. Just another slick willie. Will never deal with Eckler again and pass the word to all my car buddies.
