I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

Despite several items being out of stock (I hope they restocked soon!) Ecklers came through with the other parts I needed asap. The parts seem to be decent quality, matched right up and were a snap to install. I look forward to purchasing more items in the future.

Placed Order # ******* on 5/22... called over on 5/27 to find out that the order was cancelled... customer service advisor had a hard time figuring out why and just said it was a credit card issue... also stated they called and left a message (no messages on the answering machine were received) also stated that she sent me an email just now showing the order was cancelled... Never received the email as well. Poor customer service overall... communication is lacking. Cant see myself doing business with Macs/Ecklers again. Beware.

My order was divided into 2 orders instead of 1, which is not a problem, but it would have been nice to have been given a notice that a second shipment would take place with a tracking number as well. Instead I had to make a call to find out about the missing parts in the fist shipment. I will say that Desiree with customer support was very supportive and help in providing the info on the second shipment via email with tracking number.

I bought a seat cover for my 1956 mercury m100 the writing on the inside of the seat cover is bleeding through to the outside and looks very ugly, and there customer service won't do anything about it when it is clearly a manufacturing defect because they wrote on the back of the white vinyl what were they thinking I paid enough for my seat cover that I would of thought i would have been getting a quality product not something that would look ugly 3 years later

They did not have my door gaskets from my exact car they were out of stock. Other than that it was okay with the rest I ordered prices are okay versus other companies
They are East Coast people and I figured it would be getting here sooner than somebody in California would have the same thing.

Ordered three different parts, filler neck, filler hose,
And fuel line. Already had new tank.
Received the filler parts in stated time. Didn't know, wasn't advised I'd not receive fuel line for two weeks.
Had I known I'd have ordered from someone else and I'm sure that's why I wasn't advised you didn't have it in stock!
I was going to order a fuel sending unit, but when I called to see if you had stainless steel unit, the agent I spoke with at first told me you didn't, and immediately tried to correct himself telling me you were out of stock! Didn't believe him, ordered from elsewhere, received it right away.

Their website is mostly a page of ad for the site. It is difficult to see the products your are looking for. There are banners covering the top half and large banner on the bottom. A few products are shown on the middle of the site. If you want to browse it is very difficult. Seems like its good for one item at a time. It is much easier to use other sites than this one

Lowest price was actually parts Eckler's did not have in stock. Second lowest price I found looking on internet was in stock at Eckler's. Confident I am getting the right part after talking on the phone with sales. Shipping was reasonable price and delivery.
Overall cost and confidence the parts will be correct. Was helped by Sam to make sure it would be correct.

I ordered parts 3 different times and 2 out of the 3 they f!#%ed it up. This time I order a 5 piece hood kit for my 65 TBird they only sent 3 pieces. I called and sent pictures and they came back with. You need to pay $15 dollars for FedEx to come pick it up and return or go to FedEx and drop it off yourself for free. Once I have done that, then I only then would they send the new kit. I call to ask why they could not just send the 2 missing pieces missing and not have to go thru all the bs of sending it back and forth. The lady said it's the Policy and it is what it is. A real robot... asked to speak to a supervisor and what you know none available. It make no sense! Next stop is Yelp and then Google. Thanks but not thanks!

Very good selection of products. But average service and communication. Two little parts with a value of 16 US$ were missing in a shipment received. I sent two emails and explained. Never received an answer or any other reaction. I ordered and paid the parts a 2nd time. No big deal at this low value, but still I would expect an answer.

The company is going downhill. Called today with a list if items well over 6k for 3 different cars. And the cars are and parts are listed in the catalog. Amazing that the only part that they can get were sun visors with a 8 to 12 weeks before they can send.when I first called I spoke to a person who answered the phone the first time I explained I have a large list gave him the years makes and models and even told him what I was looking for he claimed that they were able to get complete set of interiors for 2 of the cars.fast forward got the catalog in the mail found the listing wrote down complete list plus extras called the company and now was told sorry don't have them 6k in parts.for now on I will not be calling any of these companies under the ecklers brand. And anyone who wants to deal with being basically laughed at and treated like a idiot this place is for you. But as a classic car restoration shop no thanks.
