I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
I've had an issue with this company last fall but they had a part I needed so I gave then another shot. Big mistake!
I have been waiting almost 2 months for this part that they never mentioned was not in stock. I finally called twice and found out that it's backordered and they canceled it on me! 2 months lost now on a car hogging up 2 bays of my shop as it awaits paint.

Part search very difficult to locate part desired. Searched using several descriptions and finally had to use a part number from a alternate source to get the 1957 chevy heater control unit to pop up.

I am restoring a 1971 Corvette. Over the past 10 months I have purchased many parts that I know the car will need. In November of 2022 I purchased a complete vacuum hose kit, wiper actuator, wiper relay and many small parts knowing that 'Covid caused supply chain issues' may play a future problem (which is the reason I was told that I didn't receive all of my parts ordered with the actuator). This past week the person restoring my car assembled the vacuum and wiper system (including a new motor). We have now found out the acutator is defective. When I called Eckler's support they said "sorry about your luck but you have no warranty on the item" and they "may have done something in the first 90 days." I am now out well over $150.00 and a defective Chinese manufactured American made represented wiper actuator. Over my many years and 11 Corvettes that I have had, I spent a lot of $$$ with Eckler's. They will never get another dime from me!

My husband and I have ordered two different parts from Eckler's for our 1958 Corvette. We have not received either of these parts! Their website said we'd receive one of the items within 2-3 weeks and today when we called to follow up on when we'd be receiving it they told us we'd get it in November! They didn't even bother telling us we weren't getting the second part. They just canceled it! We are very disappointed in the customer service we received and how the website is clearly wrong when it states that they have the items in stock and we'll receive them within a specific time frame.

I googled Eckler's and the link said free shipping on orders over $75. When I placed my order it charged me shipping. I called Eckler's and asked about the free shipping and they said they do not have that promotion. The gentleman on the phone googled it himself and found the same website. He put me on hold and came back and said his IT dept said it was not their website. I asked them if it wasn't their website, how was I able to place my order with their company? He basically said it's not their problem which to me was deceptive since their own guy could see the website himself. Very poor customer service in my opinion

The first experience was that the web page did not find any producys tgat were relevant to me. After searching all products for early V8 trucks, I was able to find everything. I ordered and then paypal did not work properly, so I paid with cc. Page needs a lot of improvement. Products and collection is great but difficult toborder.

You post parts in-stock then move the shipping date and then try to lie about it. You sell parts second and third hand without knowing the status on them. Filled claim with bbb to insure this doesn't happen to other customers.
Also your company trys to lie and say your website doesn't show if items are in stock, when I have screen shots from your website showing it does show in-stock

Placed an order on June 2.2 pieces. One received ok. The other I called and was told coming from California. Should have by 12rh. Called again on 13 was told should ship within next 48 hours from Alabama. Noone is on the same page. Disappointed

Watch their prices catalog is cheaper than when you call to order I was overcharged and didn't realize it till after I hung up now taking forever to get my refund money back also gave them part numbers and they ordered the wrong stuff took 2 seconds to take the money out of my account for the stuff I purchased but 7 to 10 days to put the money back on to my account that they need to refund also some things has not shipped yet

I ordered from yal bc in stock and delivery time worked for me. Called and given a new delivery date and was told that could change as well. Not becoming a fan. Rather been told truth. Third party controls this and Ecklers are useless in my judgement.

The provider mounting screws for the baffles are not designed for this application. Rather than risk damaging the valve covers I am returning them to Summit for a refund. The screws are sheet metal screws and are not suitable for this application.

Noticed i'm missing an item in my order. Part # 25-*******-1 Windshield Wiper Door Actuator.
Is this part coming in a separate shipment? I did receive the 4 wiper door pivot bolts in a separate shipment. Other than that, you guys were fine on getting me the other items i ordered.
