I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
On man was I impressed! I got the part in a week.
And it was a week sooner than I was quoted so again I was kappy with Esckler's. Plus it was the correct part! Again I was happy.

I've been purchasing from Ecklers for over 30 years. They've always had what I needed at a very fair price. I'm fortunate to have lived near their US1 and now their Grissom office in Titusville. Glad that they are now part of a bigger conglomerate and offer other brands. Recently I purchased a hard to get part for my C4 through them ant their service was great as usual. Thanks!

You do not have all of the L-79 parts that I wanted for my 65 Chevelle and the experience on your site was not pleasant and the freight on two small parts was high.

Was installing my Bluetooth MIL-AMP200BT in my El Camino yesterday and had difficulty getting the amp to power up. Your support folks could not answer my question, but gave me the technical support number for Prospec Electronics (Now...Riverpark Marine). Received a call back within an hour from Marvin Jones who discovered my problem after asking one question, also; Julie Pegram sent me a follow email. I ordered seat covers for a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 and have never received them. Hi back front bucket seat covers. Black L3722 with black stripe. 44 ******* Getting pretty frustrated as I have received the foam for the seats.

I was having brake issues with my Vette. I ordered valve to correct brake issue and installed. Bled brakes multiple times and brakes working the same didn't correct issue. However the a new problem arose the brake light won't go out with new valve. Put old valve in and brake light goes out. However we are still chasing brake issue so I didn't call or send back due could be another issue, but the old one doen't cause light. E-mailed company and they said it only has 30 day warranty. Horrible warranty, poor customer service when it is evident part is failed.

Front and rear molding clips worked great but the push in tree fasteners for moldings over sides total four all seemed to large didn't want to go in there. Proper holes and bent and destroyed all the four fasteners.

I've tried for months to buy parts off Ecklers but I can't because I'm in Australia and they don't let Australia buy parts. And I've emailed them a number of times and they don't bother to reply. Not happy. They used to be a good company, not anymore.

Ordered floor pans on March 17th 2023, received an email that parts were back ordered, I called they said I would have them by April 26th 2023 that was fine, I called on April 27th 2023 had not received anything yet and I was told that they were in stock, but do not ship to Canada? This information would have been nice to know over a month ago? I have approximately 40 classic cars/trucks and have dealt with them forever! I guess Dennis Carpenter will get all my business from now on! Dennis Carpenter is the best, and Ecklers sucks!
