I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
Ordered shifter boot for 1981 automatic. Received boot that's way too big. Will not fit without major surgery. Outer boot. Thanks, Kerry

Please be Weary of ordering from Ecklers... They will sell you items and tell you that they are in stock and take your money and then right away they say that it is Not in stock and start Lying to you and givng excuse after excuse as to why it has Not shipped and just keep pushing back the delivery time, But they have your money so they are in NO HURRY to take care of you!
