I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

I ordered mirrior got an email saying I had to complete my order gave credit card info again got billed twice for my order then Ecklers canceled my order for not completing on time

Ordered weatherstrip seals for '62 thunderbird, came in on time; right as it was done being painted.
They had seals and parts that were hard to find for that generation of Thunderbird.
