I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
We've ordered quite a few things and had no problems. However, we placed an order in September. The parts were in stock when we ordered them. The money was deducted from our account. Three months later and we haven't received our order yet and the item says it's out of stock now. Supposedly to be delivered this week. Not pleased at all about this order. When I called about the order in October, they did send a $10 gift certificate for a future order….but I'd rather have what I ordered 3 months ago. Hopefully, it will be delivered by Dec 16th. We will see. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because other orders have been fine, with no issues.

This way we can reach out to the supplier and try to get you the most updated shipping information available. I assume the supplier is actually out of stock of these items as well therefor causing the delay with shipping. We try to keep our website reflecting the most up to date information but sometimes with 3rd party suppliers this happens.
