I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
I ordered a front bumper cover for a 78 camaro and shipped to my body shop,who stated "parts look excellent". I had the parts on Sunday and arrived on Wed (3 days). Fantastic service.

Ecklers is a horrible company. I purchased a Power Brake Booster for $240 for the restoration of a 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme only to find out later that the Brake Booster does not work. Ecklers sent me a bad Brake Booster. I called their customer service and told him my order number and he said it was not a valid order number even though I have a email receipt, and that the ownership at ecklers has changed in the last year. Obviously Ecklers is a fly by night company that sells bad products and then changes ownership to avoid returns. Daniel C. Grimes order #*******

I received an email on 3/13/24 that my order had shipped, but when I called the transport company to get a status update I was told that my order wasn't ready when their driver went by to pick it up. I called Ecklers and was told my order would be going out today (3/18/24). Hopefully, it will go out today and I'll be satisfied once received.

Brake light switch failed when trying to attach push on connector, the metal tap on switch just push into the switch. I was able to pull it back out, but then the switch did not work. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, ended up rebuilding the old switch. It did deliver quickly!
