I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

On June 18,2024, I ordered a pair of Corvette Rear Shock Mounts (Right and Left). Because of other projects, I didn't start the rebuild until just lately. I found I had received two right hand shock mounts, not one of each. When I called to tell Eckler about it, they said I am too late to return/replace or to receive credit for the left one. Be careful what you order from Eckler!

These steps were seamless: Finding the correct item, ordering it, paying for it with PayPal, and the price was competitive. Received the item on-time, well-packaged. Quality of the item was equivalent to stock OEM. My disappointment came when I tried to order the accompanying window crank and was told it has been discontinued. Ecklers has become notorious for advertising items they don't have nor intend to get yet they still collect your money. Two months later after 3 phone calls to customer service, getting several conflicting excuses they finally admit that they never had the item and don't plan on getting the item. This is a way they can get Interest free loans from their customers to keep functioning. I eventually got my money back after waiting 2 months.
I got lucky this time and actually got my part. The part was acceptable and of fair quality. If you buy from Ecklers call customer service first and make them physically check to make sure that they actually have the item and that it is ready for shipping..

They claim to have a good selection of Tri-Five parts. Their prices are reasonable. Getting the parts after you've paid for them could be tricky.
