I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
Found what i wanted quickly, it was in stock and is on the way quickly.

Good fit it was scratched up but hey it's getting sanded and painted anyway. It fit great and was good quality. Very easy to weld to and manipulate.

I was unsure of which parts i needed for my 56 3200 project. I had been eyeing a few options. I used the chat feature to explain what i wanted to do, shared links of all the parts i was looking at. The CS agent on the chat explained the differences between the items and put together a cart for me to easily checkout with the items i needed.

Ordering is easy enough, They Carry a lot of hard to find parts, the bad is that a week after you order you get a e-mail saying your part s have been Delayed etc.etc. I would say they only average 50% of on time orders. I have been waiting 2 months for 1 part and have 3 more on back order, it leaves you hanging just wondering if one day they will show up.

Ordered scratch and dent. Was not advertised as not in stock. 2 weeks go by, don't know when or if it will be in stock,. All we can do is wait. Could not come to a good resolution to this issue.
Way to take care of a first time customer.
all I was told its a known issue we are working on there is nothing we can do, just keep waiting.

You destroy my molding that I ask for before I get it just fit a smaller box that did not fit the length of the molding you bend the molding to fit the box. With no fasteners your company has balls to do this to me thanks
