I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

PCV hose doesn't fit my full-size Mercury. The bends are 180 degrees off. I doubt it will fit any application. Simply not worth the effort to return.

Ordered a seat spring in stock item and received a Bimini top for a jeep wow that's close I have to jump thru hoops to return it and then I can get the correct part I don't think so stupid return policy I'll never spend money here again

I ordered a power window motor that was an unboxed item at a better price. When it arrived, it was packed and box very well and looked brand new so I got a brand new item at a good reduction in price.

I ordered online a brake booster for my El Camino. It said it fit browsing through the second page. It said it cannot confirm fitment I called your customer service and they said it did not fit so I requested a refund. I asked him if he could look up similar models that may fit, the guy side and hung up on me if he doesn't like to work there why is he there?

Started the online chat and was prompted to ask about ongoing deals and promotions.
I first asked about an advertised t-shirt (kiss my ss) that did not include a photo of the actual shirt. The customer service personnel couldn't help either because he couldn't access a photo. That was odd. How do you advertise and sell a shirt that nobody can see.
I asked about the promotions. First I was told that it wouldn't apply to my order because my order had already shipped. That was a lie. I then sent him a screenshot showing that my order was processing. He then asked fo my order number. I thought he already had it, since he stated that it had already shipped. Then the customer service rep proceeds to tell me that since I was about $27 away from the minimum requirement for one of the promotions then I would not be eligible. You would think that he would at least attempt to find a lesser expensive item to add to my cart to get me to the limit for the deal. That way I would get the $50 off of 300 which intern would motivate me to spend even more money with the company. Neither of which did he attempt to do. He just stated company policy to me via the chat. After being lied to initially, and told that my order had shipped and then being quoted company policy about the minimum amount needed to get a coupon, it shows me that the customer service leaves much to be desired.

58-60 thunderbird expansion tank. The tank looks like they spent less that 5 minute on the paint. Fish eyes and dirt in the paint. Partially painted. Poor job. Hopefully it doesn't leak. Customer Service gave me a credit.
They were good to provide a credit. I still have to fix the poor paint job. I used the credit to by another item and it is now out of stock on back order. Go figure.
