I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

I received an Email displaying a part that I'd recently been looking at, and immediately below a big banner saying "20% off" for Memorial day. When I attempt to place the order I find that this particular item is not eligible for the discount. This wasn't a big-ticket item, or a special order, just another ordinary part. Kind of disappointed that they felt it necessary to draw people in with this type of misleading advertisement.

The box the 700 dollar car cover came in had little to no weight with the car cover in it. I hope it's a good cover.
In complete components in van steel front break upgrade c5 to c4 front Axle assemblies. I did receive a small credit. Items were installed by dealership with out me knowing all issues with poor quality workmanship on components in kit. I would of returned the garbage but a all ready paid 1000 bucks to put on my corvette. A nitemare that still haunts me today. I have to look at my new hellcat challenger and audi s8 to sleep at nite. Thank you for the terrible sicking experience.

I have tried 3 times now to order a decal strip for my corvette. The picture in the description shows a black decal with white lettering. I have received 3 times now a white decal with no color for the lettering. Why is it so hard to receive what is shown in a picture. I will be ordering my corvette parts elsewhere.
I did hear good thing about them but after my experience I'm not sure about there customer service.

Did I get the military discount? I why is it on some items you received a military discount and not everything? I am a 20 year active duty retire soldier and every little discount helps it nice you do offer this discount and really no one requires you to do this but it does help when your on making a lot less money than working. I ordered a few hundred worth of parts from Mac's and some parts got back ordered. I never received them but paid for them as it was enough to get 'free' shipping. Have called several times (and tried to call but on hold for hours at a time) and been told "still on back order", "it's because of the pandemic" etc. etc.
Now today I am told my order was merged, then deleted, no refund, no communication, nothing. Poof. Money / parts / time - gone.
NOW the company is Eckler's which USED to be good as well - but there's some kind of serious problem with this company - I.E. Crap service.
Fine, keep my money, don't get me my parts, treat me poorly - I'll not be back - there are plenty of other companies that sell vintage Ford and Chevy parts. Goodbye!
