I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
Needed new seat belts went on to Ecklers web site and was able to find a set at a great price and the shipping was really reasonable with a fast delivery thanks Ecklers

While Arthur was incredibly helpful in selecting the best frame connectors and place my order, I have asked 3 or 4 times for tracking information. I have yet to get a straight answer if my parts have even shipped let alone when I may see them.
I just keep getting "between 4/9 and 4/12
It is now 4/10 and I still don't even know if our when they will ship.

Frame replacement part arrived early. The only weird thing was that the website said the part would not fit my specific truck even though the manufacturers website said it was the correct part

Ordered a part on May 5th and on checkout was quoted standard shipping at 7-10 business days. Never received an order status change so I decided to get in touch with customer service. After talking to the rep I was told my order would be shipping on 10/29-11/5 6 MONTHS. I requested a cancellation for the order. I was told they could not do that as it was an order from a 3rd party and they had to approve the cancellation. I was never told that it was from a third party or that my order had been changed to 6 months lead time. Just disappointed I had heard good things about Eckler's but this will be my first and last order.

Ordered Christmas for dad. 1961 bucket set frames & foam. Sent 4 boxes of foam. Called and sent pics to verify. Said would send frames that i paid for. Never have sent and now say need police report as you can see in pics sitting in my floor so how could be stolen. They on said 12-23-23 take 7-10 days to re ship now refusing. Terrible company to purchase from. When you take money and don't send correct or fix issues that makes you not worthy of another dime for my restoration projects.

When I tried to complete my order I needed to add a new credit card to the payment system. The process was very cumbersome and evencaused meto give up on the order the first time. I redid the order thr next day and finally got theinformation to go through to complete my order.

Talked with two employees
The sales person took my order for shoulder harness belts and was very capable.
The refund department lady took my information and walked me through getting a return label printed to return the regular seat belts which I had ordered which would not work. She was very nice and knowledgeable,

The item received is not as described. Open box item had this description "Item has no sign of use or damage." but the item I received is very obviously decades old, has been used severely and shows extreme sun damage. I hope we can work together to fix this problem.
