I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..
I have to say that I am very disappointed and would highly reckoned using other services instead of ecklers. I had a part on back order for quite sometime 1 year plus and was informed by them all was good with the order and I would receive a notification when it is shipped. I just called back after sometime and they said it was cancelled months ago and I was never informed. There was nothing else discussed over the phone besides we can't help you. Not who I want to be doing business with!

Waited 3 months for emergency cables for my chevelle got brake lines for a camaro sent them back 3 weeks ago haven't got my refund I even called their supplier he said they had the cables in stock I called ecklers 5x they kept extending the eta then got the wrong parts very unprofessional horrible customer service and they lied to me repeatedly their supplier confirmed it I ordered from them had it in 4 days 25% cheaper never buy from liars don't trust them they are a rip off still haven't received my refund they are trashy people

Great experience, good price. However, it would be great if you would do two things. 1) Changing out the switch apparently requires a special tool. Why didn't you say that? WEAK WEBSITE. 2) It's not like a change ignition switches regularly--give me a little instruction for how to do it. Come on, you could own the market if you did these kinds of things!

The rotor was received with a wheel stud fallen out and int the box - hole too large. Also, the rotor was the wrong one for a CCI 2" dropped spindle setup.
I was given full credit for the rotor with the loose stud and only partial credit on the bearings that went with the rotor. Not only was the rotor defective, it also was not the correct one for the CCI dropped spindle kit. Apparently since the bearings were not defection - but the wrong one for my setup, I have to pay return shipping on the bearings.

Easy ordering and very fast shipping. Postage expense was reasonable for a small light weight order. I used 2 of these so I could glue them together to double the thickness as well as being able to stagger the cuts to avoid any potential cold air leak sources at the cut seam locations. I also put a dab of "tacky putty" (3M stuff to use to hang posters, etc) between the felt bundle and the wood floor to keep it from moving and loosening seal on pedal shafts, which worked great and is invisible and non-permanent as installed.

Twice now over the last two years I've ordered Eckler's seatcovers; the first time they unexpectedly and without notice cancelled my order. Their excuse was a merger. This time they've kept my $900 for four months and now tell me my order is "out of stock" and I could expect the revive my order in November. Total of seven months this order has been placed. Refund, please! These guys used to be very dependable but since some giant corporation took over I no longer trust them. Very, VERY poor management.

Called 3 times tried to order parts declined your bank suspected fraud tried 2 different cards and this has also happened months ago also with a different card and is not a money issue. But after days of trying i orederd online using paypal and finally went threw
