I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

Tried to order parts for a ranchero and of course they are not available and being discontinued next car. Torino same thing here. Third car camaro of course every thing is available.waited a month half the order arrived very cheaply made and the rest of the order was backorder.

As a new owner of a 1978 corvette I am exited to fix up a few things and get her ready for the road. Unfortunately my first order from Ecklers came with parts broken.
I was told the parts that were broken would be replaced. I received an email stating replacement parts were on their way and the old parts were not needed to be returned. 1 day later I got an email asking that the broken parts need to be returned. I'm not impressed.
Interior door handle besals. And steering cylinder.

I have made three purchases this week from Ecklers. On the first purchase, I had made a mistake in listing an incomplete email address for myself. During the second/third purchase I utilized the chat line in my attempt to correct my mistake. I started out filling out the required information in the chat line. There was a super quick response back to me by chat. I replied that I would like to update my email address. The reply asked if I would be ok with a text or phone call to resolve my issue. I acknowledged that would be great. In less than 10 minutes I was speaking to a professional and very kind associate. She worked not only to update my email address, but volunteered to place my second and third orders. It was great!
I have dealt with Ecklers and never had any complaints, my parts have always been correct and shipping was fast, but this experience was beyond anything that I had experienced.
I just wanted to thank you for having hired a great staff and for going above and beyond to give the customers the best experience possible when dealing with your company!

I order from Eckler's, (a. K. a. Rick's Camaros and others), pretty often. Why? Price - they're often the cheapest source for the part(s) I need. And that's great and that's a reason to buy from them.
But, they must have super crappy computers and/or IT staff. It's the slowest website I know of. Their website lists items that they no longer carry, and it will let you order them. Searches for items I know they have often turn up empty. When you do order, they'll send you an email that supposedly has tracking info for your order, and instead it takes you to their home page and your order isn't even listed. On multiple occasions they have randomly sent me an invoice for something I ordered, paid for, and received long ago. This is by no means a complete list of issues!
Tip for consumers:
Eckler's should be just one place that you shop for your restoration parts.

I ordered a battery tray from Ecklers April 4th, 2022. It was listed as IN STOCK. A few days later I received an email saying it was out of stock, when I called I was told it would be sent the early part of May 2022. When I did not receive it I called and was told mid may. Once again did not receive and was told mid June. Now they are saying Mid July. I called Dynacorn who makes it and they told me they have FIVE in stock in their PA website, and that Ecklers is not telling the truth about it being out of stock. Ecklers has had RUDE customer service reps who have no knowledge "attempt to take care" of this situation. Here I am still without a part. I will be listing this review on other websites as well so they cannot take it back down again. I WANT MY PART. Ecklers will respond to this saying the ship date is in July. That is currently true as they pushed it back several times, everytime they miss a ship date they just push it back.

I emailed 3 times about my order and was ghosted, I finally was able to get them on the phone and they said they forgot to send the order, LMAO, 9 days after I ordered, LOL What a shipping department. The box is as big a house. When I tried to cancel,,, They told me they would have to take a week to investigate the lost package, even though the rep went back into the wharehouse and said the item was still sitting on the shelf.
Surprise, they over the weekend a replacement part. It was a $2k part, not a small part. I cant beleive my eyes. They gave me a new faith for the customer service by phone only, email is no good. But they did keep their word and replaced it. That is why I changed my reveiw. I have a better outlook on them as a whole. Patience is the key.

After being angry , I should have given them a chance to correct the issue instead of going off. They screwed up but they made it up.

$2200 continental kit- They sent a replacement for the one they forgot to send. Just as kong as I got it, to their credit, they acted very fast to send a new onw, 2 days shipping. I was impressed.
