I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.
So far, my experience has not been good. I ordered a part for my Camaro a week ago and have not yet received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing. The only thing I've received from Ecklers is multiple requests to leave feedback. So, here ya go..

Por la primera compra que hice, era un articulo que buscaba desde hacia varios meses atras y las empresas que lo tenian, NO me daban confianza para comprar, soy honesto cuando vi que tenian a PayPal, no lo pense 2 veces, compro por medio de PayPal desde hace mas de 15 años.

Difficult to modify a part and look at it once you choose it. Can't seem to find a back button for the part only for the vehicle.
Found parts here before. I wont be back. Your return process is a disaster. I’ll keep the parts I don’t need it’s not worth my time for a refund that is 1/4 of what Ai paid.

I never got my u-joint. I ordered a yoke and a u-joint. Yoke showed up but no u-joint. They should of been package together. Hope it shows up soon

Easy to find parts. Parts shipped and Arrived fast. The parts are not fitting properly. Can't roll the windows up and the doors are hard to close
