I got an oil guage for my 79 corvette, I haven't hooked it up yet but it looks like the stock guage which is what I wanted and it came on or before when they said it would right after perchance. Would order from them again.

Called parts department and spoke with Chad Lingenfelter. Chad answered all my questions and I ordered a new fuel tank for my 82 Corvette as well as a new sending unit. Restoring, refurbishing, or just upgrading your vehicle is sort of like doing a puzzle. A puzzle usually starts by working from the outside (border) in, whereas a vehicle is just the opposite. You do that project from the inside out. You need to be asking the question "What's next?". It's nice to have the parts you need before you actually need them. This purchase is just a small upgrade that I've been wanting to do, and it's getting close to the time where I will need it. The ordering process was easy, and the shipping was fast. What else could I ask for? Great experience all around!

Well got items put on BO from another vendor with no ship dates available and went searching. Found the Eckler's site and go figure similar price, in stock and no "Handling fee" added either. To early for 5 stars as just placed the order and no actual product in hand, but so far way easier to do online business with then those other guys.

I was always unsure about ordering from ecklers but for an ignition switch i was willing to roll the dice. The fact i paid the small up charge for fed ex delivery because i did not want it usps. And yet you charged me for fed ex and still sent it how ever u wanted. Dissapointing something so simple

Parts worked great, superfast shipping, happy camper. I was a loyal Mac's customer for years and unsure how the exchange of 'powers-to-be' would affect the product line, and service. I ordered a steering column harness and the online chat person said it was correct. It wasn't, it's for a later model than my 73- although everything pointed to it fitting from 68 to 76. Now I must return it. Something was lost here either by fitment or it's just an incorrect one sent. Either way, it won't work.

I signed up to be notified when a part became available. After a few weeks I received an email that the part was in stock. I placed my order and a day later I received an email that the part was out of stock and it will ship as soon as they get more from their supplier. I only took a couple of weeks, but still. ...this part is described as a Corvette Rally Wheel Stainless Steel Center Cap. Only the crowned center portion of this is stainless. The flatter part that attaches to the wheel is chinesium.

Ordered a front brake caliper conversion kit. And it was listed as open box. No where was I told that it was missing parts. The description claimed it was only scratched from previous install. Ecklers did nothing to make it right and now I have to go find all the missing parts to make the kit work! They said didn't you see the picture? Really?

Ecklers used to be a very good and reliable source for classic car parts and accessories. They were a little higher priced than the competition, but it was worth it because I could always rely on Ecklers for the hard parts to find for my 1971 El Camino, and my 1970 Corvette convertible. However my most recent experiences were horrible. They started using Fedex Smart Post which terrible and losses packages on a regular basis. I had one part that was in Stockton for over three weeks and Fedex stated that only Ecklers could file a lost package claim. When I called Ecklers, all of the staff now work remotely and it is obvious that they are distracted by issues at home and are unable to provide good customer service. I ended up ordering the part again without receiving a refund for my original part. I have little confidence that I will receive the second part, and I have had to pay double the price. Unfortunately, Turn5 is an E-Commerce company and not a car parts supplier and the lack of service shows it. Now I will log into ZIP Corvette to look for my parts. No more Ecklers!
