It was good except for the glitch the first time I submitted the request for the order,

Also an email confirming that the order was shipped would have been nice.

Other wise the items and quantities were correct and the shipping while expensive was timely.

Be more careful with the invoice information (my name was completely wrong for delivery) and improvements to the shipping detail. It was completely wrong and misleading and the vendor did not deliver it as arranged.

It is absurd to have to accept terms and conditions as a condition for a order to be placed, what illegal form of business practice is a company doing that requires such a requirement. The item we received had (+ DC)
Embedded on the items housing this requires confirmation that this was in fact a AC not a DC Item, this Eco Direct did accomplish in a timely manner

I was told the wrong gauge wire for the solar panel i bought,too large to fit under connection cover,
Looks like a trip to the hardware store is in order.

Finding what I needed was a little time-consuming, and a willingness to sell parts individually as well as by the case would be nice. I had to buy a case of 24 clamps when I need about 10.

Overall experience and customer service was good.
Could've informed me at purchase time the product was back ordered though.

Easy order process, good prices and timely delivery.
We'll be a return customer for our customer off-grid power projects.

I receive the wrong item. They are looking in to it. They should be E-mailing me the return shipping label. Instead of fooling around.

The last order I placed arrived quickly and was packed cleanly. I am hoping for a similar experience with my second order.

Good advice for a system that better fit the need and aesthetic.

I was able to find the pieces I needed to complete my installation, that were difficult to find elsewhere.

Both products showed up at my house at the same time. Both products showed up earlier than expected.

Hit a glitch during check out. Ended up using a different card. 1st and 2nd choices were out of stock. 3rd choice worked out fine.

The ground clips (tabs) was a substitute for unirac rail; they don't work as good as the original UNIRAC GRD. CLIPS

If I forgot one thing it made me start over again instead of saving what I had typed

Pretty good product and arrived quick, though I too was in California. Well made and right sized.
