I had last month 4 times the same fly ticket at e dreams with wizz airline and was the most worst air line I sow in my life

Prime membership service is a kidnapping trap and cannot be cancelled after joining. There are too many charging options in the page, which affects the experience.

So far, am satisfied with the service, hope to travel a lot more using this app.
A confirmation was received from an airline after booking but not from eDreams. So it made me very confused as it seems to hit my other flight which was booked on the same airline but not on the same date. I thought that my original booking had been changed because the confirmation was sent from the airline. Fortunately, there were many follow-up emails to confirm my booking from eDream. So one day later I found it was the flight booked on eDreams. I thought it might be the airline did not issue authorization to the travel agents to confirm details. This is not related to eDream but to the airline.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
