I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Even checking in with you on line when we arrived at the airport for online check in they said we have not checked in on line so a 10 euro charge as it did not show on their computer not a happy chap to say the least

I tried to figure out the baggage allowance for my flights but the help desk could not help me due to high traffic volume and technical issues. It has been already 12 hours and I tried multiple times Prime Help Desk over many hours but in vain.
I thought Prime eDreams would be a one-stop-shopping experience and it would simplify my tasks/stress but it is far from the truth.

Way too many follow-up email messages. I don't like having to download apps to get messages about my flight and having to pay extra too! Overall I got my tickets OK but I'm not so sure that I would use eDreams again.

Please dont book any ticket from e dreams as they are fraud and they are not refunding the amount to there customer. I book a flight and cancle the same 3 days before but still my refund is pening from last 2 years and i am suffering in same situation from. Day 1.

Honestly the worst travel agency online, as long as you have to buy online ok like many others now you have a pb and need to change sth, you are dead.
Following up, Edreams promised to to call me back in 24h, then in the next 3 hours, after going back on the chat with an agent, they never called me back...
Just got 3 emails saying" we tried to reach you but we could not" Yes of course you tried, but I have no missed calls on my cell, no email or WhatsApp...my flight is on the 11, and I guess they will drag it until the 11 and say, oh your ticket expired, sorry...

My flight to Lisbon was cancelled without notice and I was lucky to call the edream agency first otherwise, I would go to the airport and face the surprises! I am still waiting for the refund.
Hotels are booked and I have no choice other than booking ticket elsewhere at today's prices.
I don't recommend this site whatsoever.

Had to cancel my plane reservations and even though I paid fees for flex dates and cancellation, my refund was shorted $273. No explanation or details why, so emails are sent and I get automated replies. Can't access them via laptop, they insist on downloading their app. So, did that, and I get their bot - no live with to speak. According to my original reservation, they are about to close out my reservation, so I am trying to contact them before this happens.
Found them through the kayak.com website when I selected their air fares for a non-stop flight from Boise, ID to Las Vegas, NV. Not that far, shouldn't be too expensive or difficult, right? The price I selected/agreed was not the same when it came down to paying for it. They nickel & dime everything, i.e., pay for carry-on luggage, pay for an assigned seat, pay to check-in and misc. Fees. I would not recommend them and will not use them again. Buyer beware.

I'd use this site again for future searches for air travel and although I didn't make use of it the information provided if one required hotel bookings, the list was quite comprehensive. I couldn't say about the car hire as I didn't look at it to be able to comment

Almost made me loose my flight. First all ok and I'm on holidays and after I get and email that didn't go and that I might have to go to my bank to free the money. First time booking on eDreams and first time this ever happened. Then you send on the email a discount code because of the trouble that doesn't work. Never again

I booked a ticket with them from pakistan to bali, the price was closer to $1000 US. Later when I checked my account, they later took another $600 from my account. I filed a case against them, and alerted the consumer affair. Would not recommend them, they are bunch of scammers.

So booking the flight was no problem. I am use to booking all inclusive holiday. So when i just needed a flight i was shocked to discover not only has the process changed, but all the add ons. So here's a question- when did planes start charging people for the seat? Surely when you book your flight the price paid includes your seat, except if you want a premium seat you pay extra. ( me no like it)

Update 27/03. Almost a montth later I have no tickets and still a 1000 euros charge on my visa. Everytime I call eDreams I am 5 to 10 business day away of a full refund.
Now I understand why others consider them fraudulent. I will escalete to all consumer protection organizations and VISA.

First booking was not confirmed. But the credit card hold is still there, I don't know when it will be released. Second booking was partially confirmed. But I need all the trip, not parts of it. This is the whole point for their service. I was given a quote for the whole package, I don't even know what each leg costs in order to authorize a partial booking. No way to talk to human without paying 1+ hour call from another country to US. I want a full refund for both bookings, since in both cases I did not get what I ordered. I hope eDreams honour the contract and do the right thing, I would be more than happy to update my experience if they corrected the situation.

It was good comparing the price to other air line. But I should have be able to pick my seats without paying extra, at least pick whatever is allowed to pick within my ticket price. I don't like to sit next to the bathroom. Please don't give me those seats. I need three seats. Thanks

Be careful not trustworthy website, it will charge you after purchasing as a prime member which I never sign up for prime member they charged for $59.99 Prime membership that I never requested or signed up for. Unable to cancel subscription either through the website or android app.

My eDreams experience has been a nightmare. I purchased the flexible dates option, paying an extra 200 EUR, only to be told by an agent that they couldn't make changes because the airline wouldn't allow it. It's outrageous that eDreams is peddling a product they can't deliver, leaving customers misled and frustrated. This is a clear case of false promises and passing the buck, and it's utterly unacceptable

Buyers beware!
This travel website booked me on a flight and forgot to let me know the flight times and flight number were wrong. Luckily I checked with the airline the night before.
I asked them what would have happend if I had missed my flight and if they would have re - booked me or reimbursed me and the answer I got was, we are sorry but you have the right information now and there was a flight change. I asked again and got a similar response.
That tells me they were not willing to address the issue.
Bunch of cowboys would have kept my money if I had missed my flight Luckily The new flight was later and not earlier so that saved the day but imagine if I had turned up at the airport and they said the flight left 3 hours ago.
First and last time I use edreams and take a gamble with my money, my time and my flight!
