Easy to use good and professional customer service I suppose to flight home this week 🏠 cause I go back to work the following week I check a lot of travel agents cost of tickets £ 600 and over some take 10 to 15 hours till I get home I have no other option my wife call me that day she find ticket for £ 300 don't cost me all the hassle I'm gonna face that's way I recommended eDreams to anyone who desperate or looking for cheap flights tickets 🎫😌👍

Terrible company with hidden charges, £140 out of pocket with no travel! My flight time changed and it wasn't suitable for my connection, the airline refunded the whole cost but edreams refused to refund me the whole cost I had paid keeping their commission essentially. I complained and was told repeatedly when I chased that my complaints couldn't be found, presumably so I will give up trying to get my money back!

I dislike going through third parties for making reservations. I never know quite with whom I am dealing. I don't understand the relationship between the airline I chose, eDreams, and another entity called LEVEL.
I especially dislike having to sign up -- and then remember to cancel -- to get a discount.
Now I dislike all the follow up emails for more special offers that are of no interest. I may continue to look but I also look forward to cancelling my 30 day free trial.

I purchased a ticket for 3 people( my cousins). Later received an email qualified as Prime, so I could change or cancel the trip with refund. One of 3(cousin), passed.We had to cancel the trip. E-DREAMS emailed saying, unfortunately, NO REFUND. I can change my review if Costumer Services answers my phone and solve my problem. Sorry, I'm very disappointed!

My only issue is that it's not clear when the payment will be completed and when I ll get a receipt for it. I m anxious that the total amount, for which I agreed, is going to be increased, in case of a change of prices from the airline, and that I'm going to be charged for prime e Dreams, something that I Don t wish. I'm also worried about the seats, as we are 5,2 elderly people and 2 fifteen years old children. If you could be so kind and clear those issues.

There are too many hidden costs involved when purchasing a ticket on the App. For example, u are forced to sign up to the discount scheme before finalizing your purchase. After the free trial, customers can then be charged for subsequent purchases. Otherwise, i think everything else worked out fine. The App is easy to navigate

While Looking for ticket prices in other search engines, could notice that could indeed get better prices than the premium I was getting on E-dream. One of the reasons, The price Edreams charges for Extra Luggage. And any other extra service. Therefore the following air line ticket was booked directly with the airline.as getting better benefits for cheaper price. Same happens with Hotels prices. There are no cheaper with Premium than in other search engines.
