Your writer accepts my topic, without her having a clear understanding of the topic. I paid for the first part and want to cancel the addition pages, the customer tells me not. That is terrible, my money for the two pages is on hold and they want me to continue with the same person, I am not pleased with her work.

She was not willing to help. She wants the same writer to write the topic again when does not have a clue of what the topic is all about.

The writer gave me two completely messed up essays off topic. My deadline was already reached and I had to write my own essay. I contacted customer service and they did nothing to help. They ended the conversation without coming to a resolution. They scammed me out of my money.

It was the first time when I used services like this. So I can't compare it with others. Anyway, my essay was done in time and not bad at all. But I don't like the style of my writer. It's too biased and of course, I wouldn't write better, but... But what I really liked, they were absolutely in time with my unreal deadline. I'm sure If they had more time, they would do it much better.

I had a four page minimum requirement, it didn't look like four pages so I contacted the writer directly saying I only see three/four pages. She responded that once downloaded it would be four. It was not. It was only 3.

My writer was ok. There was a lot of plagiarism, grammar and writing issues. It was like fixing an essay for a high schooler and I am in college. It did not get me an A or B but over all it was alright. I will not be using them again though.

After being told 3x in 24 a new writer would be supplied and my piece would be written they didn't bother. The customer service was a joke and I was never able to speak to a manager! I had the same automated response and was given no discount when I wanted to chose a new writer!

Handle all this staff that accumulated. When this moment comes I don't worry to much because I know that I can count on EduBirdie, which haven't failed me yet, and, hopefully, won't.

I had 1 writer out of 5 writers so far who really satisfied me so far, but for that one writer also I had to get revision a couple of times.
What I don't like is writers don't go through the instructions. Most of the writer just use sources from where they like. I've specifically instructed them but no use.
I'm text citation is always wrong, I always attach the chapter for them but they read the chapters from I don't know where which end up with wrong page number. I always had to ask them to correct the page numbers.
One good thing I liked in all writers were they submitted before the due time, I atleast got time to go through the paper and get it revised before I submit it accept from one time.
The other good thing is I get the structure from these writer if not a perfect essay and then I make the building or decorate the structure with my own touch.

It's been good so far, just for the one time when my essay was all messed up and it past the due time. Nothing much was offered in return compared to the level of stress I've been through
