This has got to be the worst writing service i've ever used, paid extra for a Diamond writer and got a grade that did not even give me a pass, their service is absolutely dog$#*!, when you ask for a a refund, they will try everything in their power to refuse it and blame it on their policies, which clearly state you are entitled to a refund if you do not get a grade of A-. Absolute dog$#*! service, i would'nt even piss on this company if i could, full of absolute morons and useless writers

My 51 reward points disappeared Friday afternoon. I earned those. Enough is enough. It happened a few months ago too. My customer service person said they would contact right department and email me next day. No word. Feel taken.
