I just recently order 3 days ago for an essay, and told the specialist to cancel it since the deadline was already pass due. The specialist said okay we will handle all of it. So I proceed to leave all the responsibilities on their hand. Couple day later I get no refund and writer still intent to finish it after I told them not to. Not planning to come back soon or later. It was the first time I've ordered a paper writing. I've read a lot of reviews and thought that this is a decent one. Customer support contacted me quickly. But after I've transferred my money for the order I've made, customer support has gone dark. They still don't answer on my emails (and it all started three years ago). In fact, they just took my money and gave me nothing in return. Scam indeed.

I had a paper with a tight deadline and no time to write it. One of my friends recommended this site, claimed it was a lifesaver. My experience does not back this up. I paid $25 dollars per page and received a paper that looked like it was written by 4th grader. Numerous grammatical errors, could not follow even basic academic formatting rules, and written at a grade school level. A waste of money!

I used EduBirdie for the first time and went to do and order. Everything was good and then I submitted it to my professor and she graded it with D, saying there is a lot of things that were missing and I didn't even get e refund or anything with this. Never using this site again!

Worst support ever! Not only Jim was rude to me, he also banned, claiming that I am a fraud. Well, despite being discouraged, I decided to place an inquiry. But the writer who I got connected with was definitely non-native. "Kindly please" - he said to me. Is that even possible?

Please be careful on this scam company as they are taking money but you are not guaranteed a good great, but yet when the writers binding your work each of them is saying that the will provide a the higher great! But I have failed each of my essay this year! And they had to rewriting each of the essay sometimes twice, or my revision time gone and I had to pay someone else to finish the job so is not worth it to hire any of this writer's as I had two and non of them provide a quality work! Please don't waste your money like I have done unfortunately :(! !

My writer had not made me satisfied with the quality of her paper. She has grammar mistakes, punctuation mistakes, wrong use of tenses. Fluent english was not used, and on top of that she uploaded my paper after the deadline. I tell the customer support representative to cancel my order and give me a refund. After 3 days I get an email from Edubirdie that we received your payment, however I never released the payment as I told them to cancel my order. I then tell the customer support again and they again send my order to the QA department. Today I got an email from them and they said your reasons were not reasonable enough for cancelling the order, therefore they took my money from me without making me satisfied. You guys can see it in the screen shot I took of their email. I would never recommend anyone to use this site. They are only money machines they do not help people in reality.

The writers not follow the instructions for homework! Even after 3-4 revisions, the writers don't do a good job! They are okay when it comes to writing essays!

Very timely, The paper was grammatically correct. And it was in apa format Just like I asked. The only thing wrong with the paper is that there were a few words that were a bit redundant.
I fixed it With no problem.
And the other was why i'm giving a 4 star is because I haven't gotten graded yet.
I will definitely follow up after grades are posted.

I was always concerned about my health, and one day realized that not everybody in my group has the same lifestyle goal. So, I decided to do the presentation for them. The customer service was helpful and I assumed the writer he found was the better choice since it took him 10 mins to find a writer. But it was so disappointing! Money wasted on my part. Don't think I will be using any writers on this site again
