She just not had amazing knowledge, she also knew how to impart that in a way that people who are totally new in this area can comprehend well. The classes started and ended on time always without any rush. Enough time was given for our queries. The overall curriculum structure was well designed to cover everything for the Salesforce Admin certificate and the sequence was just appropriate. We were given hands-on activities to perform during the class for easier understanding. She also provided notes to us. She was quick on email responses for analysis queries even post the class.
