Hello, I am here today to write about my experience with Edureka. My name is Hanamant. I learned a few necessary skills from various platforms of Edureka. They cater excellent courses to beginners and open doors to new roles in their careers.
The Salesforce Admin free tutorial is a great kickstart for people with no previous experience in this industry. They upload videos for every course available in the market today.
Edureka also provides certification training for people all over the world on the latest advancements in the technological industry. I have successfully completed my Salesforce Administrator certification training through Edureka. By far it is one of the best training sessions I have ever taken. I have even received my certificate for the same.
The training was conducted in an awesome online environment. The training was carried out by subject matter experts from the industry. The classes were conducted in a very learner-friendly way for ease of learning. All the instructors are highly knowledgeable and we were always encouraged to ask more questions.
Their goal was to make everyone in the class understand every topic. The trainer can make anybody understand the given topics. He quotes examples from his own experience. It made me understand the real-time use of the topics.
The Support team is always willing to help with any questions during the course. They have always been very responsive and cleared the queries as quickly as possible. All the above-mentioned features of Edureka make it the best place to learn Salesforce from.

I was contacted by Eudereka staff who gave me a link for payments for the salesforce admin courses.After payments I couldn't join the class on the 26th of November 2022 as he claimed he wasn't able to receive the payment and asked me to contact my bank for a reversal for payments which was successfully made.I approached the bank and was confirmed that the payment was received since and can't be reversed. I have been following up for my refund and has been ignored since then.The staff is: Apurv Singh: +91 ******* *******
Sum of $200 as part payments and today is 2weeks with no responses.They read and ignore all my Whattsapp and emails.

I am a Power BI professional and took this course earlier to refresh my skill set and basics.
Instructor - The Edureka Power BI instructor (Jayanth) is highly experienced and knowledgeable. He has a deep understanding of the Power BI toolset and is able to explain complex concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He is also very patient and supportive, and always willing to answer questions and help students troubleshoot problems.
Course Content - The Edureka Power BI course content is comprehensive and well-organized. The course covers all of the essential topics that you need to know to become a proficient Power BI user, including data modeling, data visualization, and DAX functions and code. The course material is also very elaborative and really useful.
Support - Edureka provides excellent support to its students. There is a dedicated support team that is available to answer questions and help students troubleshoot problems. The support team is also very responsive and usually replies to inquiries within a few hours. In addition, Edureka offers a variety of resources to help students succeed, including help in job preparation.
Overall, I would highly recommend Edureka Power BI training to anyone who is looking to learn Power BI.
