I have been buying pretty regularly from eeuroparts.com for over five years now and have nothing but good to say about their fast shipping (48 hours and free!), prices and saavy customer service reps. Read about them on saab forums- they have a very loyal following- surprised at the poor reviews here
Ordered 2 headlight bulbs on 8-22. As of 8-30, USPS shows product never shipped. Called for help multiple times. First, told to wait until 8-30 as USPS tracking is "not reliable". Nothing arrived. Was then told a "supervisor" was in a meeting but would call by 12:30pm today. Then again "by close of day". No call, no resolution, and they are now closed until Tuesday.
Not sure exactly what all the hate is about. I emailed them before purchasing my shocks and they were able to answer all my questions. Once the order was placed I started reading the reviews and kinda freaked myself out. But they shipped quick and the parts look great and arrived un damaged.
First of all they have expensive and long shipping rates. My first order had happy ending, but the second one nullified any desire to deal with them again, mainly` i ordered 8 quarts of MB 5w40 Engine oil and received 8 quarts of ''Rowe'' transmission fluid!; from which 2 bottles had bad cap and some of the fluid spilled all over the box... guess i have to change a transmission oil ;)
This site is amazing they have everything you need for Saabs! I have owned two saabs and ordered parts for both without ever getting the wrong part. Shipping is kind of pricey but the part always arrives on time i usually two day or overnight my items and they are always on time. They also pay return shipping as long as the part hasn't been installed, which worked out great when i ended up not needing the part.
I have been waiting for my package more than a month and I found out ups never even had it, so this people didn't even bother to send it to me. I am waiting for a refund now, let's see how long it bvb takes but I'll give them a bad review a day until I get my money back
I ordered a part off their website. After almost three weeks I got an email from their customer service asking me to rate them. I let them know that I never received my order. They told me that the package was probably stolen off my porch. No solution, no investigating, and no apology. I wrote back and let them know that I have lived here for several years and have had hundreds of packages delivered with no problem. They responded that I needed to talk to the mailman about it. Terrible company that is only concerned about getting their money and doesn't care if the customer is satisfied.
I ordered some parts from them. All parts were listed as in stock or available. They sent me half of my order and the other half they said was back-ordered. I was tricked into buying something they didn't even have in stock.
3 weeks later I receive another package from them, thinking its the other part that was back-ordered. Well, it wasn't. They sent me a box filled with the wrong parts.
I called their incompetent customer service department who said they don't have my part in stock so they will back order it (Again). When i expressed my frustration, they gladly wanted to refund me. Hey! I ordered because I need that part! Do you not understand?!
Now I am waiting again for them to back order the same part again and begged them to try and not make the same mistake again.
Terrible experience. First and last time ordering from here.
I placed order for two jugs of 5-liter transmission fluid for $48 each. The next day they emailed me and said my order was out of stock so they had to cancel my order. The very next day after the email they bumped up the price on their website with the same ATF in 5-liter jugs for $69 each. So as smart as you are, you know what really was going on with this seller eEuroParts.com

Customer (NO) Service should be the name of this company. They advertise one thing, but when contacted, you are REQUIRED to jump through their hoops to conduct business with them. If you don't agree with their computer; get lost.
I recently purchased 2 Rotors and 2 sets of very expensive brake pads for my 2015 Mercedes S550, all parts arrived last Wednesday. I went to have them installed on Friday 6/15/20. Here I was advised that I was sent 2 incorrect Rotors and the wrong Brake Pads. I reached out to eEuroparts on Friday afternoon. Today is Tuesday 6/9/20 and I have contacted this company 2x each day where I provided them with the required information to execute a return. I have yet to receive a call back from eEuroparts regarding this issue. On Friday 6/12/20 I will contact Paypal and launch an official complaint, I will further never buy another part from this company.
Placed an order for 2 Brembo rotors for my Saab, received one correct rotor (21lbs) not in a manufacturer's box and one Brembo rotor for a truck (43lbs). Told me I had to do a return of the incorrect rotor, but that I had to place an order for the correct order to get it timely. EEuroparts said they had correct rotor, took my money, then sent me an email stating they did not have any more of the rotors I ordered. EEuroparts then sat on my money for an order they never sent, even though they sent me a tracking number. Incorrect rotor returned and eEuroparts is sitting on my money once again. Multiple contacts has proved to me eEuroparts does not care about there customer anymore.

Next day a part I ordered from another merchant was cancelled.
Went back to EEuro, enquired with their Amend Order option, asking if I could add a 3rd part to my order before it was shipped.
They answered no.
So I ordered at a 3rd merchant.
Was surprised when I got 2 of this same part.
Turns out EEuro had sent me the part.
EEuro had charged me without asking and without telling me.
Returned it to EEuro for a refund.
EEuro refunded part price, but said I had to bear cost of return postage.
I ordered a BMW steering hydraulic motor from eeuroparts. After the purchase they held Ransom until I pay the core charge. The core charge was not mentioned during purchase! Then, trying to return the item Several months later, they said the core charge had expired. This also was never mentioned. The core charges expire within 30 days from purchase. Not from when received. So, this being a major engine part, from ordering, setting up install with a specialist mechanic, receiving the part back and shipping, I'd say it would be near on impossible to get it back in 30 days unless you planned it like a military operation! Also, the part was not a genuine Bmw part, but a reconditioned knock off. Not even brand new!
Another red flag is it very hard to find their address anywhere online. I know this is an e-commerce company, but most companies have addresses for returns, etc. That's a red flag in itself! You have to go through an extensive vetting process to do a return and, like with my return, there's a sales person that can easily block it with an arbitrary. Oh you There's a sales person that can easily block it with an arbitrary "Oh, you didn't get it back in 30 days. Etc."
The irony is, the returned part would be a genuine and very rare BMW part that could be reconditioned and sold for more money than their knock offs! But I get there's just a sales staff there answering the emails and has probably been told to block all returns as much as possible and doesn't have the whit to know what's good or bad!

Avoid their core charge. Unless you think you can get the item from within 30 days from moment of purchase to their doorstep. Otherwise they will not pay. Also, generally they have a very tricky return policy on items that makes it in there on impossible to make a return! So, if you make a purchase, be sure you want it. And also know that other complaints on this company say they don’t receive what they ordered and paid for.

Purchased a brake kit for my 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 front and rear rotors from Brembo, makes good brakes unfortunately the package I received had been open before parts were taken out, it was missing flathead screws that secure the rotor to the spindle, very difficult to find the correct ones to fit the Mercedes-Benz they have not been able to help me or send me the correct screws to mount my rotors poor customer service, I hope this helps others when purchasing from Eeuropparts.com

Finally "Kelly" suggested I should file a claim under my homeowners policy for the loss - and "contact local law enforcement if it was stolen"

Eeuroparts is run by a bunch of liars and thieves. They do not stand behind their products and drag their feet when you request a refund... no wonder they are having financial problems. Scumbags.
I have done business with eEuroparts for about 1 1/2 years now and have spent hundreds of dollars with them fixing up my Saab. A few weeks ago I purchased some emblems for my car. My order was split and I received the emblems for the wheels without problems. The front and rear emblems however did not show up at my house even though the Postal Service shows the package as delivered. I have no idea where it was delivered, but I sure did not get it. When I called their customer service department, some very rude guy told me to check with my neighbors - that was it! I then contacted them via email and got the same response. So they chose the carrier - they did not insure the package - and now they expect their customer to walk through the neighborhood checking with random strangers if they got my mail? That is simply an insane request! I was furious and let them know it. They came back advising me that they could not do anything until I trace the package with the Postal Service. I did that, thinking that eEuroparts would then do the right thing. USPS only advised that the package shows delivered and eEuropart now says they cannot do anything. Any reputable company would either issue a refund or re-send the lost items, not this outfit. I will certainly take them off my list of vendors to use and would not recommend them to anybody! Spend your money with a company that values their customers and provides true service rather than just taking your money and walking away as soon as a problem arises! EEuroparts? Never again!
I ordered lower controls arms for my Volvo, as well as tie rod ends. I received the tie rod end in a small UPS box without any packing material. Luckily they were in separate boxes with no damage. My lower control arms which I ordered were 3 days prior to my tie rod order hadn't arrived and when they finally arrived the shipping box had No Packing Material and the box had a ripped open end and holes all over the box. When I opened the box each control arm looked used, meaning they had black marks all over them. When I contacted the company I spoke to Luke who I can honestly say is Rude and a word I can't write on here. They wanted me to either return them and wait till they have them back in order for me to get a replacement or pay for another set to have them sent out. This company is now on my Don't Buy List. Poor Customer Service as Well as The Worst Return Policy of Any Company. What shocked me and pissed me off more was they wanted to give me a $10.00 store credit for what I received. As I said earlier. They Looked Like Used Parts.

Once upon a time I used to order all my parts for my Eurocars. They generally had them in stock and shipped them out fast. No more. The last few orders came with free bonus - problems. The latest is an order for some parts for my Saab, all in stock so the site says. Ordered the 14th notified of shipment on the 15th via UPS.
Go to track it, not available yet ok. Still not available a few days later. The chat pops up on their site, can they help. Sure where's my order - says it shipped but doesn't seem to be with the shipper. The rep checked and 15 minutes later no one knows where it is. Seems it was "Dropped off at the shipper"and that's the last the heard of it. Seems UPS doesn't pick up where they are.
End of story, I got a car waiting for parts that should have been delivered in 3 days or so. Should it be found it won't arrive until next week. Rather than say we can't find your order but we will make up a new one and ship it priority. So I bear the responsibility for their losing it and have to wait until they find it or not.
Enough already. I see from other reviews that I'm one of many disappointed by this company which is a shame. They were at one time a great resource but now more of a problem an a delay in getting a job done. A company in need of good management.

I have to say that eEuroparts just blew me out of the water... JUST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... any time you have such personal attention that the CEO gets involved, that is just outstanding... and nothing less.
CEO Matt Moran, personally communicated with me to resolve a misscommunication, and followed it completely until it was resolved... which took only hours.

Great pricing and very prompt delivery of parts...
Even though I have a SAAB dealer near by, I find that I get my parts a lot quicker from eEuroparts and a lot cheaper.
To those of you that you are trying to find fault with eEuroparts, first, I would strongly suggest that you provide accurate information, call and verify information, their staff is always willing to help and guide you.
Search the web and you will find that they have very reasonable pricing and good inventory
I have placed numerous orders with eEuroparts and have received exactly what I have requested.

The mixed up everthing. They got the money amounts wrong. Very inept. I doubt if I will see any refund or delivery of goods.
The items were in process of shipping for about two weeks and then my money was returned with no explanation to what happened to the items.
