I used to do most of my shopping on line, specifically with Amazon. I purchased a new Dell Laptop from them, not realizing they had sent my order to "a third party" and were only "fullfilling" the order for Egoods express. A few months later I had issues with the laptop and sent it to the factory. They said I had damaged it (even though i hadn't) and told me to pay 300 to fix the screen of a 400 laptop. Long story and many one word emails later from egoods and now I am the happy owner of a Mac book pro and egoods and amazon can eat sand
