They badly needed a lot of improvement for them to better cater their clients-specifically with their customer service. It seemed that their customer service rep didn't have much knowledge about the company and what they offer because when I called them up to inquire and possibly get their service, the rep was not very approachable. He was cold and somewhat rude and sounded annoyed on my inquiries. That first encounter was a total turn off for me.
