Management expects more than it can show

This company's management has very high expectations from its employees even though the management itself is unable to properly lead the company. The managers want us to take on overwhelming amounts of workload and adhere to unreasonable deadlines. Yet, they don't give us enough resources and time to be able to effectively accomplish the tasks. We often have to sacrifice our work-life balance just because the management do not know proper scheduling and delegation, nor mentoring or setting goals.
