I would like to let you know that i bought an GTA v online account from Eldorado. I have chosen an account and i was ready. The payment is secure and after paying i got the account data. There was the e-mail with the passcode. There is only one issue. The account that i bought was suspended. I thought this is scam and stuff like this. I contact the seller. There is a supportchat on the website so you can contact the sellers, which is great. I took couple of hours an then the seller gave me new account as expected i opened it and it worked i changed my passcode and my E-Mail.
At the end I am very happy from the support so I can tell it is worth it, it is secure and if there are any issues, they will be settled so can only recommend you, if you have couple of dollars it is still cheaper from buying Sharkcards.

I've never heard of this website and not sure how they got my card number but I got a 67$ charge & then a 71$ charge a few minutes later from EldoradoGG, I had no choice but to dispute these hopefully ill get refunded.

Somehow they got a hold of my bank account and stole approximately 450.00. My bank is handling this on their end. I DO NOT have an account with these thieves!

Was going to buy some wow gold. Guaranteed 1 hour delivery. One hour went didn't get any gold. Talk to support they canceled my order. Said the buyer only had 450K and the website it said 100k. Tried another seller for 100K. Then they seriously asked me to post a picture of my passport next to my face. Are you $#*!ing serious. They legit sell that $#*! on the dark web. So total charge me over 170 dollars. They got it instantly. When asked for a refund. They were very difficult to convince to send me my money back. They finally sent a refund. They only sent half the money. WTF. Told them what the actual $#*! are you doing give me all my money back. Then finally agreed to send it all back. DO NOT! I repeat. DO NOT BUY WOW GOLD FROM THEM. AND DO NOT POST YOUR PASSPORT TO THEM. Don't be a $#*! like me. Though i didn't post my passport. I still thought i could score some wow gold cheap.

A guy of the name Smirda sold me an account for runescape for $350 and took it back in less than a years time... I also bought Gold from Eldorado and put in on that account and that is all gone with the account as well. When you look at the sellers reviews it says hes done this kind of thing many times in the past and somehow Eldorado hasn't banned this guys from using their platform. I would stay away from this company 100%. It will be the biggest waste of TIME, MONEY, and LIFE you have ever spent. I wouldn't be surprised if this company has a partnership with these scammers where they sell accounts and take them back over and over and over. Eldorado said there is nothing they can do for me and I just have to accept it.

I wanted to buy a product for a higher amount. So I was the buyer. They asked for my ID and my photo with my ID. I sent it to them (everything was right), and I got banned for no reason. Literally no reason, so I asked the live support, and they told me that they will not give me explanation.

So I got no chances, I'm going to sue them for fraud and identity-theft, not to talk about the money they stole and never gave back FOR LITERALLY NO REASON WTF

I hope I'll be able to get their last dollars from the lawsuit and I'll see them crying:)

Totally horrible site. Stay far away from it. I just created an account, and they instantly banned me for absolutely no reason. $#*! customer service too. Stay far away from it.

When I was trying to buy an account for a certain game on Eldorado, I was only given the balance for the site eldorado, not the actual account. When I tried to buy the account with the balance, It said I needed to verify myself with my DOCUMENT ID'S and a picture of me with the ID. This $#*! is a $#*!ing scam, waste of 70 usd. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO USE THIS SITE!

Odered WOW classic gold from this company, once they had charge my Credit Card and took the money from my account, they then wanted further verification of the transaction wanting selfies and a copy of my photo idea. I asked for a refund and am told it will be 5 to 7 business days to process, funny how they took the money with ease, but can't refund the money the same way. This company is known for selling user information on the DarkWeb, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!

Your CC will charged immediately, and only after that Eldorado will ask to validate your ID. If you can't validate - you have to ask their support for a refund - 5 days

THEY ASK YOU FOR YOUR ID AND A PHOTO OF YOU, 15 MINUTES LATER THEY BAN YOU AND EVENTUALLY BAN YOU FROM THE SUPPORT CHAT. Part of the thing they say is "your account can be suspended without providing any further details." DISGUSTING

Let me tell you about my experience, both unpleasant and justified. I bought an elden ring account a month ago from a guy with a green checkmark, which means he should be trustworthy if the site management lets him continue selling. Everything is fine and dandy, I changed the password and email from the steam account, but after 2 weeks I find that I no longer have access to the account, apparently you can recover your account if you enter the card information and specify the first payments on the account, things on which I had no way of knowing about the account. After I left a bad review, the seller contacted me and told me to delete the review because it affects him, while I was trying to contact the support of the website, who told me that he couldn't do anything because I - the warranty period has passed. In the end, the seller gave me another account with elden ring with which he did the same scheme after 3 weeks and 4 days, while I currently have no access to any account. Conclusion do not buy from here, I was robbed of 25 dollars. You may find this identical review on other sites because I don't speak English and I use google translate to write it

Honestly I've had seen enough of these reviews 1 star & People keep getting scammed by trust pilot I come from a scambaiting forum. This type of scam is well known and we've complained to many politicians, news agencies and etc about getting TrustPilot Reviewed so scammers can no longer have a means to post fake reviews. This site will steal your ID, Credit/Debit Card Information and ban your account instantly.

They Claim it's "Security" Go to the store or order from legit companies. G2A/Eneba/Gift Card Granny and etc are all better options for cheap gift cards, In game items and etc. I Rarely see gift cards being purchased to do money laundering withdue to quality anti-fraud measures which are freely available thanks to the open source community not to mention post-2017 this is harder to do so not a lot of people are willing to spend $100 on 10 stolen cards and only 1 is alive and has 3D Verification. This site is meerly stealing your Information to resell it to criminals.
