I build all of my client websites with Divi. Having Divi VIP support to fall back on when things don't quite go to plan has been invaluable. They have always helped me get to the bottom of any issues and provide quick and knowledgeable support. If you're creating many sites with Divi I highly recommend their support service. It will save you hours trying to sort issues yourself.

I am not really experienced in coding, have a good understanding of design apps, so Elegant Themes was the perfect choice for building my websites on my own. What makes it outstanding: Every time I have a question or need support with improving the design of my websites, I can ask for help and get the code plus an exact step-by-step tutorial on how to implement the code into the system - this comes unexpected and is highly appreciated. Big recommendation if you are in a similar situation.

I am a customer for over 5 years and never had a bad experience with DIVI sales or customer support teams. They are always there for me and goes extra mile everytime. Even when asking a lame questions they reply in a nice manner and not only answer the questions but add up additional details, links to resources etc. Strongly recommend.

Overall: Clumsy, clunky, chunky, slow, laggy, under powered, incredibly limited over all simply a weak theme and builder.
Support: The AI support is completely useless - Live support -tell them the answer and they suggest what you tell them. Generally a waste of time
Integrations: Out the box limited, no support, or bug ridden with common setups like Woo - unless like everything else Elegant / Divi buy something else and hope it works

Farhad at Elegant Themes patiently guided me to the discovery and resolution of a problem with a third-party plugin causing the Divi Accordion Module to fail.

I started out building websites a few months ago and I have no complaints about Divi, they have people ready to help out at any time.

Every time I need some help with Divi the chat is the most easy and fast way to do it. My experience is that they are always fast and helpful, super happy with that.

Incompetent and can care less customer service. One person has no idea what another is saying or doing. They won't keep their promise. Wasted so much time trying to resolve a simple issue and got the run around for over a week. Horrible experience!

I've been using Divi for a few years on about 50 websites now and I really love it. An extra plus for the always helpful support that often walk the extra mile. I'm also an affiliate program member, which works really nice with generous kickbacks.

After the highly anticipated Divi theme builder update, the competitors should be looking for new jobs.

I have been using ElegantThemes services and software since 2010. There is absolutely no comparison out there to the level of service and support this company and their staff provides. For so many years, they have been there for me, upgraded their code every month, and helped me solve the online issues and goals I wanted to accomplish. I can not say enough about how great this team and their code is and I encourage everyone to give them a try.

I've been a Elegant Themes subscriber for a while now - and find the support provided to be excellent.

Of course many times it's just me being stupid or having some kind of mental block.

I know that just recently ET with their new release, Black Friday etc - the load on support must have gone through the roof - I remain amazed at how well they are coping.

The time for support to get back to me has varied - mostly it's been less than an hour - but occasionally it has been half a day.

Been having a hard time figuring out this issue I had with my header not loading properly on some pages for a month now. I reached out to their support a couple days ago and over the last 48 hours they were able to resolve it without an issue. After resolving they let me know what they did in case I have that issue on another Divi site down the road. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with ElegantThemes. Their theme, Divi, is one of the most powerful and simple to use page builders on the market. Hands down. I've worked with them all. Been doing WordPress sites for about 10 years now and I've never been this impressed with support of a theme or plugin. Sure, you have to pay for the theme, but the support alone is worth it. I had an issue with some WordPress core files and they even helped me there. Bottom line, do business with these guys. They won't do you wrong!

After much deliberation, I decided on Divi as the route to building my site.
I did have some concerns as my web building skills are quite limited and I was keen to be able to draw on quality support.
What I have found is that support is speedy with questions answered very promptly. Staff provide clarity and where necessary, links for further information.
I feel that the decision to adopt Divi has been justified and I am looking forward to exploring many more of the inbuilt features, with the knowledge that should I need the support will be available to help me overcome any challenges.

Goran was exceptionally helpful, diagnosing and remedying each of my three problems quickly and precisely. It is not easy to be a customer service engineer - so many different people around the world with different communication skills and tech knowledge - so I deeply appreciate someone "getting it" quickly, solving it, and communicating in a clear and kind way - no impatience. One of the reasons I like Divi/Elegant Themes is their support. I subscribed when it was just a simple theme and my questions were along the lines of how to make this green and that yellow. Now, with all the fancy and complex inner stuff it happens from time to time that things not always work the way they should. In such cases I either scan the support forum or use Live Support. The support team always get me the right answer and with a smile. They try and check and advise until we find a solution. Such was the case today, and I am on my way again! Thanks!

In 5 years of WordPress development, I haven't found any page builder which comes close to Divi. Very well built and always getting updates with lots of pre-made themes and best of all great support team, to always help you. Highly recommended.
