I have a few computer challenged friends in my gift exchange. Elfster's online chat answers every question immediately for them. The site is fantastic so easy to navigate and makes getting worthless, thoughtless gifts a thing of the past.
Only 1/2 of the people receiving the invitation could join. It says 9 accepted but that's 9 invited. Many of us could not accept or go beyond this screen. So much trying and trying to make it work. A complete waste of time. And thanks for all the spam that you get once you make an account. I can see the invite but can't join or see who's joined. Below it says I'm not participating. All the clicks and trying never got it to work. And the admin had no luck either.
I had a problem with the admin of the secret santa I was participating in and Holly was amazing from beginning to end (well almost end as she is following up with me) I have ZERO bad things to say about Elfster besides that one admin.
Very helpful with gift giving, especially in a work environment. The wish list option makes it easy and fun to request or give something meaningful. Customer service is great and very helpful.
A great way to organize a Secret Santa gift exchange. Lots of options and it takes the pressure off of any one person. Second year using it with no problems.
I was able to chat with Sparkle the Elf who assisted me in solving my problem. Sparkle explained everything and was super nice. The website is easy to use, even for grandparents ;)
Noel was able to get me added to the Gift exchange from work AND merged my two emails! I lost the chat and Ginger helped get me back to Noel that is not only excellent customer service but top notch Team Work. I will definitely recommend your site and service to others! KUDOS ELFSTER

This is the easiest way to set up a "Secret Santa" or some kind of gift exchange! I love how we don't have to be in the same room to draw names.
Love it! No better way to do a virtual exchange. Use it every year but DON'T join any exchanges where you don't know the organizer personally.
