I was fraudulently charged on my creditcard for $119. Called customer service...on hold for 2 hours...AFTER it was stated that there were 0 calls ahead of me. Ridiculous.

1. Search criteria-not 1 person fits into my search criteria, actually it is as if the search criteria is fake because I get matches from across the country that meet zero of my criteria 2. Get so many scammers contacting me saying rude and disgusting things, it is pathetic, that is all I get for the most part.

Six weeks ago I decided to renew my subscription to 'Our Time' since they had continued to email me as if I were still a customer. I went to their website and filled out the required information, including my credit card information. Instead of being on their site I found I was on Elite Singles. I immediately blocked payment. However, a week later your charge was resubmitted to my credit card. When I found the charge a week after that, I tried to cancel it again but my credit card company told me they'd already paid the charge and it was now my responsibility. I'll have a talk with them about. Since I was stuck with the bill I decided to try the service anyway.
When I check my email on my phone daily I find numerous (10-12 a day) notices of someone supposedly interested in me. When I log in to my Elite account 90 percent of these 'notices' don't appear. And these are only the ones that don't ask me to 'contact a friend of the writer who'd be perfect for me'.
I can only conclude that this service is either poorly run or full of security risks and not what I agreed to be a part of.

I'll say up front that I have met a couple of interesting men that have become friends, But I've been a member for a year and if I calculate the cost per date, it's not been worth it at all! Elite Singles advertised heavily in my area, but nearly all my matches are a minimum of 4 hours away because they don't have the depth of subscribers in my area. They also promised college educated. Many of my matches barely have a high school diploma and can't write a coherent sentence. Over 80% of my matches do not have profile pictures and I've called repeatedly to complain about this and they will do nothing about it. It would be easy for their algorithm to not match someone without a photo. And note that this is totally a desktop site. The mobile app does not let you see your "match score," nor does it let you see the personality profile of the person, so you're operating in the dark. Likewise, you cannot specify certain characteristics like height. I'm tall and would prefer to date a taller man. Instead I could only state how important it was that the man be near my height or not, so I got a lot of matches shorter than me which is a nonstarter. And they clutter up your inbox with meaningless emails about someone visiting your profile - well if they don't act on it, I don't care! In summary, not worth the pricetag!

This site is terrible, way over priced for the service you receive. Can't delete people the same one's just keep popping up and popping up! I said no to one type of women, but they keep popping up everywhere! Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! It sucks and like many others have said, no refunds! There are so many scammers on here more than on MATCH!

WE SHOULD FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS SITE, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! There is nothing ellite about the women on here!

This is a very expensive website with very few worth profiles! They don't take in account your filters (age, habits, psychological profile...) I just keep on getting matches much older than me not taking in account any of my filters.
It's not true that they all have high educational level. They're mostly unfit people who have not even a good grammar!

Customer services: awful! They take one or two days to reply or they don't even reply at all, and never with a solution.
You load a picture and it's managed by computer, it's cropped completely and takes one or two days to load... results? Maybe your nose alone appear on the picture as per the way they zoom everything regardless of the content!
It is horrible, all of it! And super expensive...
I thought being from Germany the site would be very efficient, but it's right the opposite.
On top of all, there are fake profiles (there is a guy that sent a smile and I've seen the same picture on two different profiles with different age!) and most of the nice ones are no longer active... it's a real scam, a way to take your money and that's it!

I've asked them to remove the renewal of my membership and they gave me very intricate instructions on how to do it, but they wouldn't help! I need to figure out how to, but I can't manage! They only want to charge you, taking advantage and no help is offered.

I turned off auto renewal on the app. Yet they charged my CC and refused to refund me. Have gone to my bank about this situation. They are fraudsters in my opinion

You go through a whole elaborate set of profile question on the preliminary which takes about 35 minutes so the computer can match you. They say you are approved when you get an email link to click on. This takes you to an option to retain what you have already done but that side of the option doesn't work so you are forced to go through the whole set up again. I am not religious so I said it wasn't important to me in my partner. I get to the end of the questionnaire about 30 minutes later (whole process over an hour) and their brilliant computer programme suggested I would be better off on a religious dating site and made some suggestions for religions that I have no knowledge of or desire to join. It didn't seem to matter to 'it' that 'it' suggested both Christian and Jewish faith. I figured I needed to go back to correct a mis-type, I find there is no way back and no contact button to let them know. So then I look for reviews and find that in addition they have no members... I wonder why? I don't know about you guys but I'm off to the Synagogue. Lol Oh by the way I clicked thank you to the one positive review on here by mistake too. I'd like whoever paid you to write that review to deduct it. Lol. Thank you to the rest of you who have obviously suffered at their hands. Sharing your pain has done some good... maybe I'll try a Mosque lol lol

I've been a premium member for 3 weeks. It's been a continuous line of scammers, sometimes multiple times a day. I've reported each one. They do not vet their members! Beware!

More than half of their profiles are fake and not real people. They use their fake profile to send you messages to think they are real. The real ones are 50-100 miles away. BIGGEST SCAM DATING SITE I've ever been on, what a waste of money.

I used it nearly three year ago and dated a woman who I found out was still In love with her x It never worked so I let the site run out. I decided to give it another go just before chrismas after finding out they had no woman in my area that match me I let it run out only to find there was this auto renew added to the site which I never new was in there. I rang, emailed asking for a refund and complaining only to be told sorry but your tuff luck for not reading everything. I decided to do a little test to see how many people had read this change. I messaged 30 woman asking them to make sure to read the auto renew clause. 7 said they never read it and ask were was it to turn it of and thanked me very much. 4 said they had been caught out and not happy about them stealing money from there accounts and 3 missed reading it and no replies from the rest. 4 of the 7 had re messaged me asking were do they find it to turn it off. I also emailed elite to change the way this is done maybe and email warning people that moneys are about to be taken from or accounts and was told they should read the contract. Do the maths they are ripping of people by the thousands of dollars because they missed reading one clause. You are suppose to be there to help us find a partner not rip us of fix it elite. PS I tried to right on my profile for people to check there auto renew and they refused to print it

There is a scammer on this site that moves around to all free sites to milk money out of women, he did it to me on another site POF FOR OVER A YEAR AND WHEN THE MONEY STOPPED HE LEFT, his name is ROBERT JAKE ANDERSON, al his profiles list a different place he lived, Hanover Maryland when I meet him and it was a lie as I sent a few cards and they were returned not this address, 2nd time POF HE CLAIMED ALLENTOWN and now this site he is saying Wilkes Barre lies he claim to be an offshore oil worker, a very nasty man and works with his so called daughter Elaine whom he claims is in a college in the UK. All lies, He got $200,000.00 dollars from me and then disappeared a day ago, yes I was stupid and that's why he should be removed from this site before he does another woman wrong. This is him, goes by Robb Anderson, Jake Anderson and Robert Jake Andersons.He needs to be removed and he has yet to be
