Elitify.com is an international level site with fabulous product range. The site works equally well on mobile platform which adds to the user experience. I do most of my shopping through mobile only and the ease of selection as well as payment that's available at elitify.com is exceptionally good. Shopping experience with elitify is always great.

My shopping experience with elitify has always been great. Firstly because i never have to browse too much to get the desired product, all thanks to the apt categorization of products that has been done on their website. Another point that i love about elitify is that the products always reach within the specified time.

I bought Mark Jacobs amy watch from elitify on EMI basis and hence paying Rs. ******* never seemed cumbersome as i completed the payment in 6 easy installments. Happy with the shopping experience as well as the easy payment option that elitify provides.

I placed an order for a pair of Knight and Bond shoes on Oct 30th. I was told delivery would me made in six weeks. At the end of that when I spoke to them they said it will take another month. I then cancelled my order which was prepaid. Despite reminder I have still not received my money back. This is ridiculous and casual. I am pushed off each time I call by 24-48 hours with platitudes of sorry and service. I am fed up with the ethics of the company. Amazon and others return you funds in 3 days and here after almost a month I have no answers even today Buyers who prepay should be very careful of this company.

I ordered several pair of shirts of different brands like emporio armani, dkny, armani jeans, lacoste but never got to see them again. After several emails, calls and after 3 months they told me that the product was backordered from the vendor and they were still selling that sh*t in the website! Why didn't they tell me that it was on backorder? Were they planning for another new year to inform me? Do not trust these crooks guys! Plus the prices are 3-4 times US Prizes, if you don't believe me, check out the prices from the original sites!

Avoid shopping with elitify at al costs. They will not deliver your product for 3 months and after that will come up with lame reasons like product lost, custom check not approved etc. Then they will tell you that they will refund the money back. Again they will give reasons like they have tried to refund but there are some technical issues & they are not able to do so. They will lure you that you can reorder the product. So that again the torture can start. Its the most pathetic shopping experience of my life.

Horrible experience. It's been 2 months since I ordered a pair of Guess shoes Order # ******* and no sign of the shipment yet. Only consolation is it was a COD order.
Received a call confirming the order after I placed it, then I mailed them after a month following which they apologized for the delay and said I'll receive it next week.

After this my queries have been ignored. I'ts been 2 months now and I have lost hope in receiving my shipment.

DO NOT SHOP from ELITIFY, especially not by paying online. Completely untrustworthy!

Third grade company. I will suggest everyone to please pay to some poor persons instead of giving money to these fraud company. They will charge you and will not deliver your order. So please be aware of this fraud company.

I love the service Elitify offers, not only they assist me with my right size but they shipped my shoes in 10 days, delivery was on time and I got my first handcrafted Knight and Bond Shoe. It is a Beautiful shoe, love the packaging and overall experience. I am FAN of the shoe collection and will place more orders soon.

I bought a coach bag from them, they claim they sell 100% original bags. They sent me a fake coach bag which has all fake markings, not one original coach marking. Bqd miscolored bag and when I informed them, they have refused to acknowledge my email (I asked them repeatedly) and now noone is picking their phone! I can't believe they're behaving this way with a customer after taking and having over 25,000 of mine! Elite ninja only takes your money, doesn't call or respond when you have a problem! They're selling fake bags! Unbelievable! This is cheating!

A few days back I placed order for melissa and doug farm chunky puzzle from elitify.com but what was delivered to my place was some tools related puzzle. Since i had already paid the amount while placing the order I couldn't return the product. I contacted the customer care of elitify to report about the wrong product delivered on my place. They asked me to keep the product and return it when the actual one is delivered. They ensured that the ordered product would be delivered within 7 working days and I am happy that they fulfilled their commitment!

I really had a pleasant experience shopping with them. I could not even get the cash ready as I thought I will get it in sometime and it landed at my place 2nd day. All products were fresh, original and in original packing.

I had placed a prepaid order for a bag. When I didn't receive the product in a months time, I emailed them and then they told me that they couldn't procure the product. I asked for a refund but have not got any response. I will take them to the consumer court for their callous and fraud business.

Great products, great advertising but terrible backend. Still struggling with refunds for a badly botched up delivery started almost 3 months back but never fructified. Follow ups have become almost shameful now. I must be a sucker for torture for almost giving up on my refunds and yet giving free advice, as unsolicited as it seems.

I ordered a Rebecca Minkoff purse for my daughter. Great shipping and packaging but the purse is not quality. Are designers selling products of lesser quality on the site? I have a RM purse I bought in NYC and there is a huge difference in the quality of the leather and lining. I feel a bit ripped off, I would never buy from them again.

Since long i had been looking for Furla handbags but couldn't find ample variety even in malls.One day while surfing online, i came across elitify where wide range of Furla handbags were available in variety of colors and designs. I just couldn't resist placing the order on same day. Awesome variety at elitify!

Elitify has to be one of the worst experiences in terms of order fulfilment that I have had with any e-commerce company in India and outside. This is the 1st email I receive from them for an order placed on 19 Nov 2015

This email is in reference to your order no. *******. We regret to inform that there will be a delay in your order, as the shipments were lost in transit. We are procuring the articles again hence the order will be delivered in next 2-3 weeks more.

Basically the same order had been lost in transit twice…I didn't even order any gold plated shoes that pirates would have attacked the goods at sea

Elitify is amongst the most preferred site for all my online purchases as the variety of products available there is really awesome. And the best part is that aside of COD and online payment, they also have the EMI option which makes the payment process easy for people like me.

Elitify.com is a fraud website. They dint deliver my shoes for more thn 3 months and phones dont work and they reply to mails after a long time annd that to not clear.
They lie for processing refunds. They dont give refunds. Total frauds.

I bought MK crisscross ring from elitify.com for my daughter on her 18th birthday. She really liked the gift but wanted the same ring in silver tone. Since the same crisscross ring was available on the site in silver tone too, I spoke to elitify customer care for the exchange and i was so relieved when they agreed. Today only the silver ring has been delivered and all i want to do is thank elitify for understanding customer needs so well.

Like most of the Indian sites bumping the prices and the offering discounts, Elitify is not an exception. A smart online shopper would check the prices on US sites and Elitify and would notice 75-100% prices difference whereas only 35-40% of prices can be attributed to customs and taxation. Increasing the prices then offering 30% discount PARTY30 coupon is just one of the tricks its uses to allure first time shoppers.

Few bloggers have mentioned that the prices are alright but I myself have been a online shopper and feel the Elitify prices are way to high compared to US sites itself. Hence their claims to offer prices similar or lower are false.
